Randolph M. James

Randolph M. James is a second-generation attorney with over four decades of experience. He has tried hundreds of cases in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, professional malpractice, and sexual harassment. A licensed pilot for over 43 years, he also specializes in aviation law and serves as an AOPA panel attorney. He is a Superior Court mediator and was appointed to the NC State Bar Committee on Personal Injury Trial Law Specialization.

Kyle Martin is an Associate Attorney who graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Cortland with a B.A. in Political Science. He earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2017, where he finished top eight in the Zeliff Trial Bar Competition. He practices criminal and civil litigation and joined Randolph M. James PC in 2020.
