Joseph LoPiccolo

Joseph LoPiccolo represents clients in complex litigation, class actions and personal injury in state and federal courts. Throughout his career, Joseph has worked extensively on some of the largest and complex litigations in history. Prior to co-founding Poulos LoPiccolo, Joseph LoPiccolo was an associate with the prestigious Manhattan law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, recently ranked #1 in the United States in the American Lawyer’s A-List 2011 - 12. During his 8 years at Hughes Hubbard, Mr. LoPiccolo was a member of the Litigation Department, concentrating on a broad variety of complex litigation. Since starting Poulos LoPiccolo with his partner, John Poulos, in 2011, Joseph has brought a number of class actions and individual cases on behalf of hundreds of thousands of consumers related to a variety of products and services.

Patrick Masterpalo

Patrick Masterpalo co-founder of Dimian & Masterpalo Attorneys at Law teamed up with Partner Steven Dimian, based on their shared goal: to fight for the rights of those injured in auto and slip and fall accidents. A life-long resident of New Jersey, Mr. Masterpalo graduated Widener Law School where he received his Juris Doctor Degree. He began his career as a criminal defense attorney with Brooke, Barnett & Associates, appearing before Federal and Superior Courts in Monmouth, Ocean, Hudson, Essex, Somerset, Bergen, Passaic and Union Counties. He then joined the law firm of Anise & Anise where he concentrated on personal injury law, handling thousands of cases and finding his passion in representing accident victims. While with Anise & Anise, he was instrumental in winning numerous cases, among them a $1.4 million personal injury case.

Steven B. Dimian

Steven Dimian has been an attorney focusing on automobile and personal injury cases his entire career, successfully representing thousands of personal accident victims. A life-long resident of New Jersey, Steven graduated Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor Degree. Following law school, Mr. Dimian served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Hudson County with the Honorable Judge Joseph Charles, J.S.C., before joining Anise & Anise Attorneys at Law. In 2006 he formed his own law firm, Steven B. Dimian Attorney at Law. He later teamed with Patrick Masterpalo to form Dimian & Masterpalo Attorneys At Law with the goal of merging their backgrounds and expertise to be able to offer the very best legal services to the injured victims of auto and slip and fall accidents.

John Poulos

Specializing in real estate and class actions. Prior to co-founding Poulos LoPiccolo PC, John N. Poulos was an associate with the prestigious Manhattan law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. He represents lending institutions, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions in both New Jersey and New York. He handles CEMAs, EMAs, 1031 Exchanges, FHA, VA, and short sale transactions. Mr. Poulos has also been selected for inclusion in the New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine, “Rising Stars” for 2009 and 2010 for commercial litigation and construction law and selected as a Super Lawyer in 2019, 2020-2024 for real estate.

Anthony J. D’Artiglio

A seasoned commercial litigator and bankruptcy practitioner, Anthony D’Artiglio balances aggressive advocacy with a pragmatic, diplomatic approach that facilitates favorable outcomes in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. Whether seeking to vindicate his clients’ rights, protect their interests, or put them in the best possible position to be made whole or move forward, Anthony develops strategies focused squarely on achieving his clients’ immediate and long-term goals. As the Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy Law team, Anthony has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors, and other professionals in all phases of bankruptcy cases and related matters, including complex business reorganizations and workouts. When representing a distressed or insolvent commercial debtor in Chapter 11 or Subchapter V proceedings, Anthony works collaboratively with all interested parties to find common-sense, mutually beneficial solutions that give his clients the space and time they need to emerge from bankruptcy poised for stability and success or to liquidate in a manner that minimizes fallout and liability. Anthony’s creditor-side work has consistently maximized recoveries for secured and unsecured creditors. Reuben Borman

Reuben Borman represents clients in diverse matters, including FDA regulatory compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and real estate transactions. Prior to working with Poulos LoPiccolo, Mr. Borman was an associate for 13 years at the prestigious Manhattan law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. During his time there, he focused on complex litigation with a concentration in scientific, medical, and technical analysis, defending large pharmaceutical manufacturers and other companies in various product liability and class action lawsuits.

Seth M. Rosenstein

Seth Rosenstein is a partner in the Litigation, Controlled Substances and Regulatory Law and Residential Real Estate departments. He has significant experience representing clients in the negotiation and litigation of commercial and civil disputes in state and federal courts, as well as before American Arbitration Association and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitration panels. Seth has practiced in all aspects of securities class action litigation before state and federal courts throughout the United States and serves as a FINRA Dispute Resolution Services Arbitrator. He also regularly handles residential real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York. Seth represents a wide range of clients, from large commercial property owners to individuals, across a broad spectrum of industries, including real estate, financial services, construction, cannabis, manufacturing, trucking and more in connection with contract disputes, torts, regulatory issues, construction and real estate issues, shareholder disputes, and various other business-related disputes. He has developed a particular expertise prosecuting and defending alleged violations of consumer protection and related statutes. While recognized as an aggressive and focused litigator, Seth’s focus is on positioning each action to achieve each client’s desired outcome in the most efficient manner.
