T. Michael Schober

T. Michael Schober co-chairs the firm’s Litigation and Municipal Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on land development and zoning issues along with significant commercial real estate matters and related litigation, and personal injury claims. He was admitted to the State Bar in 1969 and admitted to practice before all Wisconsin courts, the US Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals - Seventh District, the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the US District Court - Eastern District. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University in 1969.

Jackie Nuckels is the founder of Nuckels Law, an accomplished attorney based in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Thomas G. Kreul

Thomas G. Kreul’s practice concentrates on Real Estate, Estate Planning, Business Litigation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and Family Law. He graduated magna cum laude from St. Norbert College in 1979 and is a 1982 graduate of Marquette Law School, where he was a member of the Marquette Law Review. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and state and federal appellate courts.

Todd M. Goodwin

Todd Goodwin focuses his legal practice on serving individuals and small businesses with a wide range of business, real estate, and estate planning matters. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from Marquette University in 1970 and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1972. He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1973 and became a CPA in 1976.

John C. Schober

John C. Schober concentrates on elder law, real estate, probate, estate planning and governmental law. He previously served as a New Berlin City Alderman and Common Council President and later as a Wisconsin State Representative. He currently serves on the State Election Board and is Village Attorney for Big Bend. John graduated from Marquette University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University in 1976. He was admitted to the bar in 1977.

John J. Sage is a member of the Wisconsin Elder Law Section and concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Taxation, Elder Law, Probate, Business Law and Real Estate Law. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1988. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Northern Illinois University in 1996, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and a Certified Managerial Accountant (C.M.A.). He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.
