Dan Honsey
A lawyer since 1992, Dan has extensive experience in a wide range of cases. He has tried cases involving divorce, custody, parenting time, human rights act, business disputes, contracts, mechanic’s liens, trade secrets, employment, criminal and personal injury matters. He has appeared in matters in over half of the 87 counties throughout Minnesota. Dan worked as judicial law clerk before joining the firm in 1994. He has been a partner since 1997. Dan’s current practice focuses on family law, business disputes, estate planning and mediation. Dan is a Qualified Neutral under 114 of the Rules of Practice. He frequently works as a mediator or early neutral evaluator. He also has taken certified civil arbitration training. Dan is an experienced mediator and has served as a mediator or early neutral evaluator in over 500 cases.

Chris Kleiman
Chris enjoys meeting clients and understanding their individual situations and needs in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and business law. He focuses his practice on helping small businesses and individuals to meeting both their short term needs and achieving longer-term goals using the legal system. He also devotes considerable amount of his practice to small business and farm succession planning, as well as helping families deal with nursing home costs and applying for Medical Assistance. Chris grew up in Blaine. He served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard for five years and taught English in Japan for two years prior to attending law school. An attorney since 1997, he worked for Liberty Diversified Industries in New Hope before joining the firm in 2002.

Sene Zupke
Sene joined Kraft Walser Law Office in 2008 after earning her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. Sene enjoys helping her clients with the purchase and sale of agricultural, commercial and residential property, drainage issues, farm succession and estate planning, probate and trust matters, and the creation of new business entities. As an owner of a family farm, her agricultural background gives her a unique perspective on the complex issues involved in owning and operating a multi-generational farming operation. Sene is also able to provide closing and title insurance services as an independent agent for Attorney’s Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., as part of her real estate practice.
