Tim J. O’Brien

Tim J. O’Brien, born, raised, and educated in Houghton, Michigan, is Of Counsel at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College in 1976 and a law degree from Creighton University in 1979. He was admitted to the Nebraska and Omaha Bar Associations in 1979 and is admitted to the State and Federal Courts in Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit. Jon Rehm

Jon Rehm has specialized in workers’ compensation, employment, and personal injury law since 2005. He represents employees and individuals in state and federal court as well as in front of administrative agencies. He frequently speaks at continuing education events and has presented on workers’ compensation and employment law topics for the American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice (AAJ), the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and at the University Of Nebraska College Of Law. He is active in many lawyers’ groups, was named to the Board of Governors for AAJ, is vice chair of the AAJ Workplace Injury section, and serves on the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group’s Board of Directors. He currently serves as a commissioner for the Lincoln Commission on Human Rights.

He received the CALI award for excellence in Insurance law. He is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska Bar Associations, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and The American Association for Justice (AAJ), including the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group. Tim is actively involved in the community, volunteering at the 15th Club for the Pinnacle Bank Championship, and local food banks. He is known for his empathy and dedication to clients.

Attorney James E. Harris always knew that he was destined to become a lawyer. Growing up in Nebraska, he looked up to his father, who was also an attorney, and dreamed that he would one day be able to follow in his footsteps by running his own law firm. In 1975, Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree and continued on to earn his M.B.A. in 1977 - receiving both degrees from Arizona State University. Soon after graduating with his M.B.A., Jim returned to his home state to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney. Since earning his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 1979, Jim has been serving the legal communities in and around Omaha, Nebraska. Today, he is a recognized, board-certified civil trial advocate through the National Board of Trial Advocacy - serving Omaha and the surrounding areas of Douglas, Sarpy, Dodge, and Lancaster counties. Through his many years of practice, he has come to enjoy aggressively pursuing justice for his clients, even if it means going to court.
