John K. Rinehardt
Attorney John Rinehardt earned his law degree at the Ohio State University College of Law and was admitted to the practice of law in 1986. Ever since, John has devoted his legal knowledge to helping the victims of wrongdoing obtain justice in the courts of Ohio. In his extensive experience, John has successfully handled cases where someone has been hurt or killed in cases involving defective products, unsafe industrial machines, reckless driving, vicious dog attacks, unguarded factory machine malfunctions, slip and falls, car wrecks caused by drunk drivers, electrocutions, nursing home neglect, and many other situations.

Edward J. Cox, Jr.
Edward J. Cox, Jr. attended the University of Michigan Law School where he graduated and earned his Juris Doctor. Ed was a founding partner in the Cox, Koltak & Gibson law firm. Ed was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1972 and spent 47 years representing injured workers before the Ohio Industrial Commission, Court of Common Pleas, Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Ed retired from Cox, Koltak & Gibson in 2019.

Ronald Koltak
Ronald J. Koltak attended the Ohio State University Law School where he graduated and earned his Juris Doctor. Ron is a US Marine Corps veteran who was decorated for service in the Republic of Vietnam. Ron was a founding member of Cox, Koltak & Gibson and its first managing partner. Ron was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1977 and spent 40 years representing injured workers before the Ohio Industrial Commission, Court of Common Pleas, Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Ron retired from Cox, Koltak & Gibson at the end of 2020.

Hillary Rinehardt
Attorney Hillary Rinehardt graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1988. She then attended the Ohio State University College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 1991. While in law school, Hillary was a competitor on the National Moot Court team and a member of the Ohio State Law Review. She graduated in the top 25% of her class and became a member of the Ohio bar in June 1991. Hillary returned to the active practice of law in 2007 after pursuing a rewarding career in business and raising a family.

Melanie S. Fahey
Attorney Melanie Fahey graduated from the University of Dayton summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 1990, with a double major in international studies and political science. She then attended Harvard Law School, graduating cum laude in 1993. She returned to her home state of Ohio and was admitted to the practice of law in November of 1993.

Peter Gibson
Peter has over 31 years of experience representing injured workers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Ohio Industrial Commission. In addition, he has represented injured workers before the Court of Common Pleas of various Ohio counties, the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio. Peter also has provided counsel and representation for applicants for social security disability before the Social Security Administration. Peter was admitted to the Ohio Bar and United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1992. Peter joined the Law Office of Ronald J. Koltak as a Law Clerk in 1990. He was named an Associate of the firm in 1992. He was named a Partner in the law firm of Koltak & Gibson in 1997. He has been a managing partner at Cox, Koltak & Gibson since 2021.

Rachel Rinehardt
Attorney Rachel Rinehardt graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2015 and went on to attend law school at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Rinehardt served as the marketing editor for the law school's Journal on Dispute Resolution. Ms. Rinehardt earned her Juris Doctor in 2018 and became a member of the Ohio bar the same year. Ms. Rinehardt spent the first two years of her legal career as an associate attorney at the law firm of Crabbe, Brown & James, LLP in Columbus, Ohio where her practice focused primarily on insurance defense litigation. Ms. Rinehardt joined the Rinehardt Law team in August 2020, joining both of her parents in practice.
