Brad Medcalf

Brad Medcalf is a Partner at McDuffey & Medcalf, LLC, joining in April 2015. He graduated with high honors from Saint Leo University with undergraduate degrees in English and Biology, where he was also a Nike Blue Chip recruit and successful lacrosse player. He then attended the University of Missouri School of Law, achieving academic success and having an article published in a legal journal. Matthew focuses his practice on representing the victims of serious accidents, as well as their families. Tim McDuffey

Tim McDuffey is the principle attorney of the McDuffey & Medcalf Law Firm, LLC. He grew up at the Lake of the Ozarks and attended Missouri State University on a football scholarship, where he was an All American and ESPN Academic All-American. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia, graduating in the top 10% of his class and was selected to the University’s Law Review. He was honored with the Law School’s award for top honors for professional ethics. In 2015, Tim was voted into the Nation’s TOP ONE Percent of all attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He is active in the Missouri Bar, having served on the Missouri Board of Governors, and is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Missouri Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association and the U.S. District Court.

Duane M. Randle

Duane focuses his practice on the areas of personal injury, including automobile accidents, boating accidents, and wrongful death. He then attended the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri, where he was a Dean’s List member and inducted into the Honors Society. An article he wrote was selected for publication in a legal journal. Brad has achieved multiple trial victories and negotiated million-dollar settlements.
