Mandy L. Larson
Attorney Mandy Larson is one of Nebraska’s most experienced personal injury attorneys. Mandy is a former President of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. Mandy has authored several legal publications and is a frequent guest speaker at seminars that relate to the practice of law in Nebraska. She is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and is a Lifetime Fellow in the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. She was also nominated for membership in the International Society of Barristers in 2022.

Molly Moberg Miller
Molly Moberg Miller graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001 from Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, Iowa. In 2004, she graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Ms. Miller is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and Nebraska. She is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association. Ms. Miller worked for ten years with Amoni Law Offices, P.C. in Aurora, Illinois as an attorney prior to moving to Omaha and joining Adams & Sullivan. She was Lead Counsel in arbitrations and mediations for personal injury files, and served as Co-Counsel for a large, regional bank conducting commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, and real estate dealings. Her current practice focuses on employment law, personal injury law and litigation. Ms. Miller formerly served as co-chair for the Civil Practice Committee for the Kane County Bar Association in St. Charles, Illinois.

Richard F. Hitz
Richard “Rich” Hitz was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He joined the Navy in 1985. As a U.S. Navy Corpsman (medic), he received the Combat Action Ribbon for his service with a United States Marine Corps Light Armored Infantry Reconnaissance platoon during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. After his time in the military and before attending law school, Rich worked as a certified nursing assistant in a nursing home before becoming a corrections officer while putting himself through college and law school. In 1999 Rich received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska’s College of Law. In more than 25 years of representing and trying cases for the seriously injured, Rich has handled nursing home negligence cases, wrongful death cases, assisted living and memory care unit cases, interstate trucking cases, and life changing car accident cases in courtrooms all over Nebraska.

Patrick J. Sullivan
Patrick J. Sullivan graduated from the Nebraska School of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska and was admitted to practice law in Nebraska in 1994 and in Iowa in 2012. Mr. Sullivan’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, both residential and commercial ranging from buying/selling, new development, condemnations and representation of sanitary and improvement districts. His practice also includes business law, including formation of corporation/limited liability companies and buying/selling of ongoing businesses and general business issues. Mr. Sullivan also practices extensively in estate matters including probate, trust formation and administration. He serves as general counsel for the City of Fremont and Bellevue Public Schools.

Julie D. Tabor
Julie is licensed to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. District Court of Nebraska, and Iowa. She represents injured individuals in all aspects of the litigation process. Julie handles plaintiff cases in automobile accidents, premise liability, trucking accidents, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and other personal injury cases. She is an active member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and Nebraska State Bar Association.

Travis M. Jacott
Growing up in Sarpy County, Nebraska Travis M. Jacott earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and went on to receive his J.D, as well as a M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and an M.B.A from Creighton University School of Law. His passion for the legal profession stems from his appreciation for the United States of America to include the authors of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Travis joined Adams & Sullivan as a law clerk in 2015 and as an associate attorney in 2017 after being admitted to practice law in the State of Nebraska. Thereafter he became partner and vice president of the firm in January of 2024. Attorney Jacott’s practice focuses on litigation, real estate development and transactions, municipal law, corporate law, and estate planning. During his time at Adams & Sullivan Travis has excelled at getting things done, problem solving, negotiating deals to the benefit of his clients, conducting extensive legal research, and getting valued results in numerous adjudicative bodies, including in arbitration, mediation, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska as well as the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. C.G. “Dooley” Jolly
C.G. “Dooley” Jolly attended Creighton University School of Law under a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, graduating in May 1997. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska and graduated, cum laude, in 1994. Mr. Jolly was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps, as a reservist, after serving from 1986 until 1992. Mr. Jolly’s practice is primarily in the areas of divorce and family law, with extensive experience in business and asset valuation; asset and debt division; custody/paternity; financial support; and other issues attendant to proceedings of this nature. He has trial experience in civil and criminal cases in the federal and state courts in Nebraska. He has practiced in the United States Court of Appeals (8th Cir.), the U.S. District Court of Nebraska, the Nebraska Supreme Court, the Nebraska Court of Appeals and numerous Nebraska state district courts.
