James Roswold

James Roswold has been in practice since 1990. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and University of Iowa Law School. Susan Montee

Susan Montee is a both an attorney and certified public accountant. She has enjoyed a multifaceted career in law, public and private accounting, academia and public service. A St. Joseph native, Susan was sworn in as Missouri’s 35th State Auditor in 2007 becoming the first statewide official elected from Buchanan County in more than 125 years. Susan oversees all financial transactions of the Montee Law Firm and handles the resolution of financial and lien issues related to client matters. In addition to the practice of law, Susan served on the faculty at Missouri Western State University from 2013 through 2017 teaching Business Law and Accounting. Susan represents victims of automobile accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, product liability, employment discrimination, and business torts.

Joshua P. Perkins

Josh Perkins is a shareholder at Spooner & Perkins, P.C., representing workers injured on the job and victims of automobile accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, and other personal injury accidents. He was raised in a rural farming community and devotes his practice to individuals in rural communities throughout Missouri. He obtained his legal education from Washburn University School of Law.

Jim Brady has been practicing law for 10 years in Missouri courts. He is a Kansas City native, former Marine, and is on the board of the Blue River Watershed Association. He earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School (now University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) and has a bachelor's from Loyola University.
