Patrick L. Falcon, Esq.

Patrick L. Falcon grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey and attended St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel. He founded Falcon Law Firm, LLC in 1995 with the primary focus on representing the rights of injured individuals, striving to maximize settlement values to fairly compensate clients for the harm they suffered. Patrick has handled thousands of personal injury cases throughout New Jersey including cases in Atlantic County, Burlington County, Essex County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Morris County, Ocean County, Somerset County, and Union County. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Prior to practicing law, Patrick interned at the federal public defender’s office in Trenton New Jersey with the Honorable John Hughes, where he worked on high-level criminal cases and attended numerous criminal trials. During law school, he worked at Lester, Schwab, Katz and Dryer doing asbestos defense work. He gained valuable experience in how to conduct complex depositions and identifying potential new defendants in cases. After law school, he gained experience working at Price Waterhouse dealing with complex tax issues for international and commercial banks and negotiating tax reductions with the IRS. Patrick was involved in the forefront of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation early on. He was able to partner with other national law firms to recover millions of dollars for his injured clients. His diverse legal experience has helped him be able to identify strengths in his client’s cases and expose weaknesses in opponent’s cases with the goal of maximizing his client’s settlements. Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, lifting weights, and running. He is very active in his community. He served in the borough of Matawan as Council President and was the Fire and Police Commissioner, New Jersey. Patrick is also fluent in Spanish.

Alexander R. DeSevo, Esq.

Alexander R. DeSevo is a third-generation trial attorney. Both his grandfather and father were New Jersey trial lawyers. Alexander became a Trial Lawyer in 1994, when he became an Assistant Prosecutor in Hudson County, Jersey City. Following his assignment with the Prosecutor’s Office, Alexander began to work for the insurance industry, representing defendants in Slip and Fall accidents, Auto Accidents, and Workers’ Compensation claims. It was during this time that Alexander learned how insurance companies think, work, and act.

Mark Jander, Esq.

Mark is an Associate Attorney working out of the Oakhurst office at Falcon Law Firm, LLC. He is a 2015 graduate of Villanova Law School. In his time there, he earned the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
