Elizabeth A. Culley

Elizabeth A. Culley is a partner with Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland and Green, LLP. Elizabeth has a wide range of litigation experience including real property disputes, business litigation, class action litigation, will and trust disputes, and construction litigation. Upon returning to the Central Coast, Elizabeth quickly became one of the youngest female trial lawyers in the area, named Top 40 Under 40 in 2017. Michelle L. Gearhart

Michelle L. Gearhart is a litigation attorney and partner with the firm. Her current litigation practice focuses on representation of public entities as well as environmental law and water law. Ms. Gearhart has handled a myriad of complex litigation cases including CEQA litigation, property disputes, business disputes, serious personal injury, wrongful death, police liability, product liability, professional liability, as well as wrongful termination claims. Joshua M. George

Joshua M. George is a partner with Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green LLP and a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and McGeorge School of Law. In addition, he represents cities and other public entities throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties in a wide variety of litigation matters.

Thomas J.
