R. Lance Bell

R. Lance Bell is a life-long St. Clair county resident and practices throughout Alabama in both plaintiff and civil defense matters, as well as criminal defense. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law in May 2003. He previously worked for the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department and served as Assistant District Attorney for the 30th Judicial Circuit. He became a Partner at Trussell, Funderburg, Rea, Bell & Furgerson, P.C. in January 2012. He also serves as a Municipal Judge and adjunct professor at Birmingham School of Law.

Albert Moore

Albert Moore is the owner and managing attorney of the Law Office of Albert Moore. He earned his undergraduate degree in journalism at Alabama State University and his Juris Doctor degree at Miles Law School. At Miles Law School, he was an officer in the Student Bar Association and a member of Delta Theta Phi professional law fraternity. Since 2013, Moore has worked for two Birmingham law firms: Revill Law Firm, primarily concentrating on family law but with experience in personal injury and criminal cases as well as appellate review, and Maxwell & Tillman Law Firm, concentrating solely in family law. His advocacy for family law clients was borne from raising four children. He also has a significant background in journalism, beginning in 1997, working at the Montgomery Advertiser, as a freelance writer for newspapers and magazines across the country. Additionally, he has hosted several radio shows, worked as a color commentator and play-by-play announcer for several college and professional teams and sports leagues, and worked in the marketing and public relations fields.
