Jorja B. Loftin

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Jorja B. Loftin would go on to work at the firm that would become Loftin, Loftin & May as a receptionist for her father-in-law, Pat Loftin. During this time, she witnessed firsthand how lawyers can make a significant difference in people’s lives during times of need. This inspired her to enroll in Faulkner University, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2012 and obtained her Juris Doctorate. Since obtaining her law degree, Jorja has done significant work as an attorney. With her practice focused on personal injury, family law, probate law, and civil litigation, many of Jorja’s clients are people going through difficult times. In every case she takes, Jorja tries to put herself in the client’s position and think about what she would want from her attorney and the outcome if she was going through this. What’s going on in a client’s case is often the most important and pressing thing in their life, and Jorja strives to take that stress off their shoulders while pursuing the best possible outcome. Jorja is an accomplished softball player, having represented New Zealand at the Junior World Series in Nan Jing, China. She also played for the New Zealand National Team, the White Sox. She went on to play for Auburn University, where she led the team in home runs her senior year. She understands the hard work and commitment that it takes to be successful and applies those same principles to her legal practice. Outside of law, she spends time with her husband and three children. She is also an avid cyclist, mountain biker, and participates in triathlons.

Michael G. Hostilo, known as Mike, is a personal injury advocate and entrepreneurial attorney with over two decades of experience. He is known for his unwavering negotiation skills and commitment to clients. Mike earned his legal education at Atlanta Law School after cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit at the University of Georgia.

Ryan Butz

Attorney Ryan Butz is a personal injury attorney at The Mike Hostilo Law Firm. He began as a law clerk while attending Mercer University Law School, where he earned his law degree. He also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Georgia College. After passing the Bar Exam, Ryan became an Associate Attorney, providing personalized service to clients in the Augusta, GA area.

Larry G. Cooper Jr.

Larry G. Cooper Jr. is an attorney at Cooper & Cooper, Attorneys at Law, LLC, handling criminal defense, family and civil law, and personal injury. Born and raised in Auburn, he earned a B.A. in Pre-Law Criminal Justice from Auburn University in 1987 and was part of the Auburn University football team. He pursued law school at Thomas Goode Jones while working as an officer, graduating in 1993. He practiced solo before his brother Andrew joined in 2007, forming Cooper & Cooper. He primarily serves clients in central and eastern Alabama.

Brandi Allday

Brandi Allday is the Managing Attorney at The Mike Hostilo Law Firm, advocating for accident victims in the Columbus, GA area. She is licensed to practice law in both Alabama and Georgia, having earned her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2007. Brandi is admitted to practice in all Georgia lower courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Northern District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and all courts in Alabama, including its Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

F. Patrick Loftin

F. Patrick Loftin grew up in Hartford, a small town in southern Alabama. His older brother, Sam Loftin, started his career as an attorney 10 years before Pat would begin his own. Sam was a mentor to Pat, and it was his stories of helping people as an attorney that inspired Pat to pursue his own career in law. Since receiving his law degree from the Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Pat has been practicing law ever since. Developing a trusted relationship with clients is an important aspect of Mr. Loftin’s approach to a case. People usually seek attorneys during difficult times in their lives, which is why Mr. Loftin likes to help people feel more at ease by learning more about them. Trust and open communication between a client and attorney are critical to a successful outcome. In addition to his work as an attorney, Pat Loftin has also served as a Municipal Court Judge for Phenix City since 1997. He is also a member of the Phenix City Exchange Club, which raises money for charitable causes in Phenix City and Russell County. Pat married Tracie Lee Hallmark from Birmingham AL in 1984. They have four grown children. He enjoys traveling with his wife, fishing, and woodworking.

Stephanie Miller
