As a multi-jurisdictional practitioner, Mr. Brown is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Georgia, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Brown is also a non-public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In addition to his law practice, Mr. Brown serves as an adjunct law professor at City University of New York School of Law where he teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates and Torts. He also regularly provides training and presentations on business and corporate ethics to private clients and organizations like the Structural Engineers Institute of Maryland. Attorney Robert Hendricks joined Albers & Associates on July 24th. Mr. Hendricks is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law. After law school, Mr. Hendricks started his legal career as a prosecutor in the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office. He rose through the ranks to the General Felony team. Mr. Hendricks left the State’s Attorney’s Office in 2012 and entered private practice. For the next five years, he continued to practice criminal law and civil litigation. His role at Albers & Associates will include handling criminal and personal injury cases. Mr. Hendricks will also manage client relationships. Mr. Hendricks arrival will allow our office to focus on business development and our vision to become a nationwide criminal and civil litigation law firm. He is married and lives with his wife and daughter in Silver Spring, Maryland.
