Robert Fiore

Robert Fiore is Of Counsel to the firm for its Maryland personal injury cases. He has 36 years of experience handling Maryland state and federal court cases, jury trials, hearings, and negotiations. He is both an advocate for people who are injured from the negligence of others and a former defense counsel for major insurance companies. Robert provides his clients with compassionate and trustworthy counsel and is often commended for his accessibility, his diligence, and his proficiency in obtaining trial and settlement results that exceed his client’s expectations. Thomson Reuters/Baltimore Magazine named him a Maryland Super Lawyer in the area of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law for the past 12 years. Robert received his degree with honors from Providence College and his JD from The Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. Troy S. Brown

Troy S. Brown, Esq has extensive experience litigating complex claims in state and federal courts across a diverse set of practice areas, including Corporate & Business Transactions, Commercial Litigation, Construction & Residential Real Estate Law, Intellectual Property, Employment Law, Estate Planning, Gun Trusts, “White Collar” criminal defense, and matters involving self-defense. A Harvard Law alumnus, Mr. Brown joined Albers & Associates after founding his own practice, Brown Law Office LLC. Prior to his work as a solo practitioner, he served as Of Counsel for a Litigation and Government Investigation practice in Washington, D.C., an attorney in the Asset Management Unit of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), an associate law professor at Michigan State University College of Law, and a visiting professor at Vytautas Magnus University Law School in Lithuania. As a multi-jurisdictional practitioner, Mr. Brown is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Georgia, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Brown is also a non-public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In addition to his law practice, Mr. Brown serves as an adjunct law professor at City University of New York School of Law where he teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates and Torts. He also regularly provides training and presentations on business and corporate ethics to private clients and organizations like the Structural Engineers Institute of Maryland. Respected by his peers, Mr. Brown was selected as one of the “Lawyers of Distinction” in 2021 and selected to join The National Black Lawyers “Top 100” in 2020. In October 2021, Mr. Brown was named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF), a prestigious honorary society that recognizes attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the legal profession and the welfare of their communities, and which limits membership to just one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.

Attorney Robert Hendricks joined Albers & Associates on July 24th. Mr. Hendricks is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law. After law school, Mr. Hendricks started his legal career as a prosecutor in the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office. He rose through the ranks to the General Felony team. Mr. Hendricks left the State’s Attorney’s Office in 2012 and entered private practice. For the next five years, he continued to practice criminal law and civil litigation. His role at Albers & Associates will include handling criminal and personal injury cases. Mr. Hendricks will also manage client relationships. Mr. Hendricks arrival will allow our office to focus on business development and our vision to become a nationwide criminal and civil litigation law firm. He is married and lives with his wife and daughter in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Samantha Boylan

Samantha Boylan brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role as an associate attorney at Albers & Associates. Specializing in family law, Samantha has navigated a diverse array of cases, from high-net-worth divorces to delicate child custody disputes. Her dedication to her clients' needs is matched only by her commitment to excellence in her field. A proud member of the Baltimore County, Harford County, Maryland State, and Women's Bar Associations, Samantha is deeply involved in her legal community. She serves as an active member of the Harford County Pro Bono Committee, where she extends her expertise to those in need, underscoring her belief in access to justice for all. Samantha received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and then went on to Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. After law school she clerked with the Honorable Judge Robert Becker in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she honed her legal skills and gained invaluable insight into the complexities of trial practice. Ross W. Albers

Ross’s legal work first started when he accepted a position as an insurance adjuster for Travelers Insurance. He was a member of the Special Liability Group, focusing on cases involving asbestos, lead paint, trucking accidents, and more. After law school and his admission to the bar in the State of Maryland and the United States District Court of Maryland, Ross began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office. There he prosecuted criminal, DUI, juvenile, and traffic cases in the circuit and district courts of Maryland. Ross currently resides in Carroll County, Maryland, with his wife, Emily, and their three daughters: Tilly, Charlie, and Gracie. He received his degree in Business Management from Bucknell University and his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a concentration in criminal practice and earned an editorial position on Law Review.

Holly Musselman

Holly brings extensive practical experience from various legal domains, including estate planning, bankruptcy, corporate law, small business formation, and employment law. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. After building a solid foundation in legal practice, Holly dedicated ten years to raising her three children. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial drive, she returned to the legal field and established her own law firm in Baltimore County. For a decade, she successfully led her solo practice, concentrating on trusts and estates and consumer bankruptcy. In April 2023, Holly joined Albers & Associates as a Partner. What Holly values most about her legal career is the personal fulfillment she derives from assisting clients through challenging and uncertain periods. Her ability to cultivate authentic relationships with her clients has been instrumental to her success. A Maryland native with Eastern Shore roots, Holly appreciates opportunities to visit her hometown. During her leisure time, she enjoys boating with her husband and spending quality time with her young adult children.

Joseph W. Tychostup

Joseph Tychostup is a creative trial attorney and litigator focusing on family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense. He applies his extensive Maryland courtroom experience to domestic cases, such as divorce and child custody, or criminal cases, including DUI, to ensure the best outcomes for his clients. After law school, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Philip S. Jackson in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Joseph assisted at trial for serious felonies, including 1st-degree murder and complex narcotics and firearms cases. He was admitted to the S. District Court of Maryland and the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Prior to founding Decker, Tychostup & Friedman, LLC, Joseph worked for a small, fast-paced litigation firm concentrating on domestic matters like divorce and child custody agreements. Joseph’s tireless efforts for his clients and diverse legal background led to his being named Maryland Super Lawyer-Rising Star for 2018 and 2019.
