Jennifer A. Deiter
Jennifer serves as “of counsel” to the firm and has more than 20 years of legal experience. She focuses primarily on representing clients in personal injury matters and has extensive experience handling automobile accidents, slip and falls, and cases involving defective products. After graduating from Lafayette College with a bachelor's of arts, double major in government and law, anthropology and sociology, Jennifer attended Temple University School of Law. Thereafter, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Joseph C. Visalli, Superior Court of New Jersey in Cape May County. She represented injured people for seven years at the law office of Rossetti & DeVoto in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, before opening her own office. Jennifer is a court appointed civil arbitrator in Burlington and Camden Counties. She is a member of the Burlington County, Camden County and State of New Jersey Bar Associations. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and federal court.

Matthew C. Maressa
Matthew C. Maressa is a knowledgeable and committed attorney at Nugent Law, having joined the firm in January of 2018. He focuses on criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Maressa graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2014, and from the University of South Carolina School of Law with a J.D. in 2017. While in law school, he was a member of the Student Senate and studied Transnational Dispute Resolution at the Honorable Gray’s Inn in London. He has worked on a variety of cases including personal injury, malpractice, estate planning, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and complex civil litigation. Mr. Maressa is a South Jersey native and represents the third generation of attorneys in his family.

Christopher S. Lipari
Chris has extensive expertise in complex litigation matters, including wrongful death and personal injury arising from several types of accidents and negligence. Chad M Sherwood
Chad M Sherwood is an experienced litigation and bankruptcy attorney. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in both political science and philosophy from Rutgers College. He then received his Juris Doctor with Honors at Rutgers School of Law - Camden. While attending Rutgers School of Law - Camden, he was honored with the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Contracts. Mr. Sherwood served as law clerk to the Honorable Carmen H. Alvarez, Superior Court of New Jersey, Cape May County, during the 1999-2000 year, before eventually becoming an associate with the Youngblood, Lafferty & Sampoli law firm. While there, his field of work included commercial litigation, civil litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, property rights, public trust, appellate work and collections. On November 7, 2011, he opened the Law Office of Chad M Sherwood, LLC, where he continues to represent individuals and businesses throughout southern New Jersey. Mr. Sherwood previously served as a Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association.
