Lawrence S. Gadd
Lawrence Gadd is a founding partner of Kecskes, Gadd & Parker, PC. He has over 20 years of experience as a trial attorney in a wide variety of areas including complex commercial litigation; employment litigation; construction litigation; real estate litigation, state unemployment tax issues, commercial property tax appeals, criminal defense; personal injury; liquor liability; PEOs; and general litigation. Lawrence practices throughout the State of Michigan and has handled matters in Florida, Missouri, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio and Illinois. Lawrence began his legal career at Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone at its Ann Arbor, Michigan office where he practiced in the commercial litigation group. Lawrence went on to become a partner at Harnisch & Gadd, P.C., which later merged with Strobl & Sharp, P.C., where he also became a partner. Lawrence has enjoyed substantial success handling complex commercial and employment matters throughout his career in both the State and Federal courts. Lawrence also has extensive appellate experience, including successful appeals in both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2006, Lawrence Gadd joined with partner Keith Kecskes to form a dynamic team which has evolved into Kecskes, Gadd & Parker, PC.

Keith J. Kecskes
Keith Kecskes is a founding partner of Kecskes, Gadd, & Parker, PC. In over 20 years of practice, Keith has gained extensive litigation experience in banking, real estate, corporate law, construction, insurance defense, personal injury, criminal defense and municipal law. Keith’s experience in construction law includes representing builders, developers, commercial construction companies, insurance restoration contractors and homeowners in matters of litigation, contract work and compliance with the Michigan Construction Lien Act. Keith received his Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University and his Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law. While in law school, Keith clerked for the Chief Justice of the Oakland County Circuit Court. Keith began his legal career as litigation counsel for Northpointe Insurance Company where he acquired extensive trial experience in defending premises liability, dram shop and automobile negligence claims. After leaving Northpointe, he joined the law firm of Harnisch & Hohauser where he expanded his practice areas to include commercial litigation and plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation. In 1999, Keith started his own firm which became the foundation underlying Kecskes, Gadd & Parker, PC. In the Fall of 1999, Keith became civil counsel to the City of River Rouge, gaining valuable municipal law experience handling eminent domain cases, zoning matters, municipal boundary litigation, intergovernmental cooperation, property taxation and general civil municipal litigation. Keith also serves as a private mediator in construction and family law matters.

Daniel T. Geherin
Daniel T. Geherin is a board-certified criminal defense attorney in Ann Arbor, and he has been practicing law for over 25+ years. Scott D. Kappler is a senior associate attorney with 33 years of experience. Mr. Kappler’s varied scope of practice focuses on estate planning, trust and probate administration, general civil litigation, including, family law, dog bite litigation, real estate and small business transactional matters as well as consumer bankruptcy, creditor side bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, collections.

Gregory Demopoulos

Mr. Gorman joined Kecskes, Gadd & Parker, P.C. to apply his experience and skills to a broader range of legal matters with a law firm that utilizes a cooperative environment to better achieve the goals of its clients. Troy Gorman obtained his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University in 1993. He also earned two additional degrees in Gerontology and Advertising. Mr. Gorman obtained his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law in 1998. He is admitted to the Michigan and California State Bars and has been practicing law for over 20 years in both state and federal courts, including the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Gorman has substantial experience in handling automotive cases, construction litigation, contract litigation, personal injury law, and a variety of criminal matters. He has special interests in civil litigation, construction law, business contracts, and technology related matters.
