Attorney Matthew P. Mooney is a third generation attorney at Mooney & Siegert joining the firm in 2001. A graduate of Plymouth Comprehensive High School and the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, Attorney Mooney earned his law degree from the prestigious Marquette University Law School where he participated in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity the Pro Bono Society, and served as Research Assistant to Joseph Kearney, Dean of Marquette Law School. In addition to his general law practice, he serves as the presiding part-time City of Plymouth Municipal Court Judge. Appointed as Plymouth’s first Municipal Court Judge in 2003, he has been re-elected in 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2015. Practicing in both State and Federal Courts, Attorney Mooney has wide-ranging experience including Estate Planning-Wills, Trusts & Probate Law, Elder law, Small Business Law, Income & Estate Taxes, Personal Injury, Personal Bankruptcy and Family Law - including divorce, post-divorce, child support to adoption. Attorney Mooney is involved in the community by serving on the board of the Plymouth Area Ducks Unlimited since 2002, was a past board member of Plymouth Ambulance Service, a past president of the St. John the Baptist School Board and has coached junior league football and youth soccer. Guy C. Charlton

Attorney Guy C. Charlton has a broad range of legal experience. He has practiced law over fifteen years and he is currently an Associate Professor in Law at the University of New England located in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia. He has also lectured law in New Zealand and Hong Kong and published law articles in five different jurisdictions. He was awarded his Ph.D thesis at the University of Auckland Faculty of Law in May 2010 for a thesis entitled “Constitutional Conflicts and Aboriginal Rights: Hunting, Fishing, Gathering Rights in Canada, New Zealand and the United States.” This thesis argues that the present approach courts have taken toward the determination of the source, content and scope of usufructuary rights has been affected by historical and contemporary disputes concerning the nature and understanding of sovereignty, the nature and level of governmental authority and different philosophical approaches to political organization and individual rights. Guy earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Toronto in Canada.
