Nathan A. Hanning

Prior to founding H&S, Nathan Hanning worked at one of the largest Southern California defense firms, where he litigated a variety of insurance defense matters and construction defect cases. Thereafter, Mr. Hanning worked at a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm where he defended healthcare providers in all types of medical malpractice actions. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Hanning graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with degrees in political science and history before earning his juris doctor from Southwestern Law School. During law school, Mr. Hanning served as Managing Editor of the Southwestern Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program, where he competed as an oralist in the Spong tournament, arguing before Justices Joseph P. Albright of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and Cornelia G. Kennedy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Randall R. Walton

While attending Southwestern, Mr. Sacchetto was a member of the Southwestern Moot Court Team and reached the semi-final round at the Cardozo/BMI Moot Court Competition in New York.
