R. Scott Taylor Jr. is a civil trial attorney and practices in the areas of personal injury and business litigation. Before starting his legal career, Mr. Taylor graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in management. After graduating from Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. Taylor worked as an associate for a civil litigation firm in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2014, Mr. Taylor returned to the Treasure Coast and began working as an insurance defense lawyer for a highly respected firm in Stuart, Florida. He gained invaluable experience litigating and defending a variety of cases involving personal injury and wrongful death claims, business disputes, and HOA matters. Daniel Haggerty

Daniel Haggerty is of counsel to the firm. He concentrates his practice on real estate acquisitions, sales, development, and financing. Dan has performed sophisticated real estate transactions for a broad range of clients, including retail, office, residential, and marina development of residential communities from raw land site purchase and finance through the end buyer purchase. Dan graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law, 1987. Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida in 1984. In addition to being Of Counsel to the firm, Dan has been a Solo Practitioner from March 1991 to the present and has owned and operated title companies handling several hundred residential and commercial transactions each year. Dan’s goal is to work diligently for individual and business clients to ensure that their objectives are met on each real estate transaction in a responsive, timely, and cost-efficient manner. For more than 37 years, Dan has served his clients through all stages of real estate transactions and has counseled them through countless adverse conditions. Julie Treacy

Julie Treacy, Esq. was born and raised in Oakland, California.
