Lyle J. Fuller

Lyle Fuller's practice focuses on civil litigation, workers compensation defense, non-compete agreements and trade secrets, family law, and personal injury. He is an accomplished trial attorney with significant experience in all phases of litigation. He was honored as one of Utah’s Legal Elite in business litigation in 2008, 2009, and 2010, and named a “Rising Star” by Mountain States Super Lawyers. He received his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 1997, and his law degree from Duke University in 2000. He is licensed in Idaho, Utah, Missouri (voluntary inactive), and Kansas (voluntary inactive). Lyle is active in the community, having served on the board of the Oneida Stake Academy Foundation and the Preston chapter of Kiwanis International.

John H. Bailey

John H. Bailey is a native of Cache Valley with over fifteen years of experience primarily in family law, personal injury, and other areas like contracts, land disputes, wills, and estates. He has extensive court experience in Utah and Idaho.

Steven R. Fuller

Steven R. Fuller has practiced law in Cache Valley since graduating from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1982. He has served as city attorney for several cities in Franklin County and as a deputy attorney for Franklin County. Steve received his B.A. from Utah State University in 1979, cum laude.
