Damon Pendleton is a personal injury attorney serving Central Virginia. He worked five years as a claims adjuster for one of the largest insurance companies in America, settling hundreds of cases. This experience led him to attend law school. While attending law school, Damon served as law clerk for the Honorable Judge Mary Terrell Gooden, Washington D.C. Superior Court, and for the Virginia Office of the Attorney General-Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and for the personal injury firm, Pulley, Watson, King, and Lischer in Durham, NC. Porscha Brown is a trial attorney and Chief Practice Manager at Christina Pendleton & Associates overseeing several teams including Pre-litigation, Litigation, and Mass Torts departments. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Porscha wanted to be a lawyer since the time she was eight years old. She went on to major in Political Science and Accounting at Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia before earning her Juris Doctor and LLM in Corporate Law and Finance from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
