R. Terry Bennett

A Hardin County native and former Army officer in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, Terry graduated from William and Mary in Virginia with an undergraduate degree in government. He received his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest Law School in Winston Salem, North Carolina, where he graduated with honors. Terry is a past President of the Hardin County Bar Association, a past member of the House Delegates of the Kentucky Bar Association, a Trial Commissioner for the Kentucky Bar Association, and a member of the Kentucky Bar Association Inquiry Commission.

Charles Wesley Durham
Charles Wesley Durham was born in 1954 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He attended Campbellsville College and Eastern Kentucky University, earning an undergraduate degree with High Distinction in 1979. He obtained a Master's Degree from Western Kentucky University in 1981. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Louisville School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1986, where he was inducted into the Brandeis Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, and received Book Awards in Criminal Law, Basic Tax, Secured Transactions, and Legal Writing. He has been a partner at Miller & Durham since 1987, focusing on personal injury, probate, criminal defense, domestic relations, and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is actively involved in church and Emmaus ministries.
David T. Wilson II

David also practices education law and is local counsel for both the Hardin County and the Meade County Boards of Education. He also acts as counsel for Hardin County Water District No. 1, Meade County Water District, Abound Credit Union, and Kentucky Land Company. David is a native of Meade County. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
