William R. Peltz

I. Barry Guerke is a Director at Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze, P.A., concentrating over 90% of his practice in plaintiff’s personal injury. Morton Richard Kimmel
Kimmel Carter’s founding partner Mort Kimmel was a highly accomplished and respected attorney with a successful track record of obtaining positive awards for clients throughout the state of Delaware. Mr. Carter maintains active involvement in the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG) receiving the WILG Michael J. Rucka Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.

Sean P. Gambogi
Sean P. Gambogi is a partner in the Newark office of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, P.A. His practice is focused primarily in personal injury, nursing home neglect and workers' compensation. Mr. Gambogi is a lifelong Delawarean. He began working with Kimmel Carter as a file clerk and courier while attending Salesianum High School and the University of Delaware. When he continued on to The Dickinson School of Law, he remained with the firm as a law clerk and also served as an intern with The Honorable William W. Caldwell, United States Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Since his admission to the Delaware Bar in 2010, he has been an associate attorney with the firm until 2018 when he was promoted to partner.
