Mr. Custodio is a co-founding partner of Custodio & Dubey LLP. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was the sole partner at the Law Offices of Miguel A. Vineet Dubey is a co-founding partner of Custodio ; Dubey LLP. Vineet has dedicated his career to cleaning up the environment to ensure the safety of our planet for future generations. Vineet is an environmental litigator who sues companies that are endangering the health and well-being of California citizens by selling products containing toxic chemicals. Because of Vineet’s advocacy, thousands of products tainted with Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, and other cancer-causing chemicals, have been taken off the shelves and cleaned up.

MARIANNA OUSTINOVSKAYA

Marianna is an associate attorney at the Custodio & Dubey. She attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and during her third year, she clerked at the Los Angeles County Public Defender Office where she received a Volunteer of the Year Award from the County of Los Angeles and Board of Supervisors in recognition of her dedication and outstanding service. After receiving a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Marianna became a California licensed attorney in 2011 and gained valuable experience working at a Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury law firm. Since obtaining her law license, Marianna’s practice of law has been focused primarily on Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury cases in the Superior Courts of California and in the United States Central District Court of California. Marianna has represented injured individuals in hundreds of cases arising out of car accidents, slip/trip and falls, product defects, dog bites, and intentional torts. Marianna has also represented clients in various types of employment law cases including sexual harassment, disability discrimination, whistleblower actions, and wrongful termination. JOHN R. GIOVANNONE

John Giovannone is a partner at CD Law and leads the firm’s Labor & Employment, Consumer Protection and Class Action Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, John spent twenty years practicing at three large international and regional firms, including over five years as a partner at a Legal 500 Top 20 law firm and nearly seven additional years as a partner at large California-based firm. John has spent his entire multi-decade career litigating Labor & Employment and Class Action disputes, while also providing experienced advice and counsel to his clients. He represents employers, employees, executives, and consumers. He has litigated and won multiple court trials and private arbitrations, has taken hundreds of depositions, has represented clients at innumerable mediations and settlement conferences, and regularly appears before the National Labor Relations Board on traditional labor matters.

Hadi Alshekh

GUSTAVO SILVESTRE BOLDRINI

Gustavo Silvestre Boldrini is an experienced attorney with a track record of zealous advocacy through relentless and proactive litigation, always with an eye toward achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. Gustavo attended Loyola Law School in downtown Los Angeles, where he focused on civil litigation and tort law. Gustavo has worked for large defense firms primarily focused on general liability defense, business litigation, and legal malpractice defense in both state and federal courts. In other words, Gustavo used to defend corporations, insurance companies, and attorneys when they were sued. Now, with the defense playbook in hand, Gustavo is committed to helping everyday people assert their rights, holding corporations and property owners accountable, and most importantly, securing the justice you deserve.

IVAN VARGAS

Ivan is an associate attorney at Custodio & Dubey with the Habitability Department. Ivan has extensive experience assisting the underserved communities of Los Angeles. He has practiced over 15 years in administrative and appellate law. Ivan is an attorney licensed in California and Puerto Rico. Ivan honorably served in the United States Marine Corps. He graduated from the Interamerican University of San German, Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English (Literature) and received his law degree from Hostos Law School in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Ivan served in the U.S Marine Corps as an Ammunition and Explosive Technician attached to Ammunition Company, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Supply Battalions. The U.S Marine Corps teaches Marines to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves. This is what inspired Ivan to become an attorney and dedicate his practice to defending underserved communities.
