Robert J. David
Robert J. David was born in New Roads, Louisiana in August 1943. He graduated from St. Joseph’s High School and attended LSU and SLU, earning a B.A. degree in 1966. In 1969 he received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, where he served on the Loyola Law Review. Representing patients and their families in medical malpractice cases is the principal focus of Robert’s practice. He has been named to Woodward/White’s “The Best Lawyers in America,” for twenty-two consecutive years. He is listed in “Louisiana Super Lawyers,” and was named one of the “Top Ten Attorneys in Louisiana.” He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the American Bar Endowment, a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys with Special Competence in Medical Professional Liability.

Irving J. Warshauer
Irving J. Warshauer was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana on May 11, 1950. He graduated from Isidore Newman School in 1968. Irving earned his B.A., with honors, in 1972 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Irving then attended Tulane University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1976. He has been certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Irving concentrates his practice in representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, particularly in the areas of admiralty/maritime and products liability. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2005.

Gerald E. Meunier
Gerald E. Meunier was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 20, 1948, and admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1974. He received his college education at Georgetown University and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in 1970. Mr. Meunier attended Georgetown University Law Center and received his J.D. in 1974. He has had a distinguished career as a trial attorney, with current emphasis in complex litigation, mass torts and class actions. He served as past President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and past Chair of the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Pro Bono Project. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2003.
