Rincon, GA

David 'Dave' Rohwedder started his legal career as a defense lawyer before realizing he was on the 'wrong side' and has since represented victims in personal injury cases for over 10 years. He focuses on complex injury cases, including commercial motor vehicle wrecks. He is an alum of Cumberland School of Law, University of Pennsylvania, and University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is the driving force behind Litner + Deganian’s Columbus office. He has a passion for music, plays guitar, and is the founder of Blackbird Guitars. He is married to Chandler and has two children, Edward and Poppy.

Arman Deganian is a native of the Atlanta metro area and a 'double dawg' from the University of Georgia. He spent his first 8 years as a lawyer doing defense work for insurance companies, which gives him an advantage in personal injury cases. He co-founded Litner + Deganian with Steve Litner to provide more personalized attention to clients. He is relaxed and approachable, and not afraid to take cases to trial. He enjoys sports and outdoor activities, including baseball, softball, running, and backpacking. He is a big Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Theodore T. Carellas

Theodore T. Carellas received his law degree from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 1984 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia in 1981. He has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1984 and is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts, including the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Supreme Court. His practice focuses on real estate, general business, general litigation, and personal injury matters.

Steve Litner moved to Atlanta after law school and started his career in securities litigation before moving to personal injury law to help clients. He co-founded Litner + Deganian with Arman Deganian to offer more personalized client attention. He is described as hardworking, creative, and aggressive in pursuing the best results. He is a volunteer wrestling coach and president of his neighborhood civic association. He is a fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Florida Gators, and North Carolina Tar Heels.

Growing up in Marietta, Georgia, Shea Schulman knew from a young age he wanted to be a lawyer. He excelled on the debate team at Lassiter High School. He continued his studies at the University of Georgia and Emory Law. He became a personal injury attorney immediately after his first jury trial. He enjoys complex medical cases that lack intensive treatment or lots of medical bills. He focuses on getting clients the treatment they need to get well, while making sure all potential longer-term issues are reflected in their claims. He was named a partner in 2020. He is a big UGA fan and enjoys playing with his dog, Scooter.

Jamal Bethune, from Gable, SC, played football at Newberry College before pursuing a career in law. He earned his J.D. with honors at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. He is drawn to personal injury law because it allows him to fight for the underdog against large insurance companies. He joined Litner + Deganian, appreciating the casual office environment and the focus on personal relationships. Outside of work, he trains like a pro football player, works out daily, learns martial arts, and reads about politics, philosophy, and law. He is a fan of the New England Patriots and the Florida Gators.

Paige Wheeler, originally from Georgia, moved around before settling in Forsyth County. She studied communications at the University of Georgia and worked as a corporate trainer. Inspired by a childhood dream and a personal experience with a severe car accident and traumatic brain injury in high school, she pursued law, attending Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She is passionate about personal injury law, especially traumatic brain injury cases, and aims to provide a personalized experience for clients. She achieved over $3 million in settlements in her first 10 months after passing the bar in 2021. She enjoys gardening, cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves, and spending time with her husband and cat, Rupert.
