Jeremy Penland

Jeremy Penland

Jeremy Penland is a life-long North Georgia resident, having grown up in Walker and Catoosa counties. He graduated from Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School and then enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He spent four years on active duty and was honorably discharged. Following his time in the Marine Corps, Jeremy attended college in Southern California and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. After graduation, he worked for several years in the banking and finance industry. The economic downturn helped him decide that it was time to pursue his dream of becoming an attorney. He earned a full scholarship to Liberty University School of Law and served on several committees while there, including the school’s law journal and ADR boards. He also co-oped in Washington D.C., which gave him several professional and educational opportunities - including the chance to personally meet with United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. But, the opportunity that impacted Jeremy the most was his internship with the Catoosa County District Attorney’s office. That experience led directly to his decision to return home to North Georgia and open his law office. Jeremy wants to work on behalf of the people of his community to assist them with their legal needs. If you are in the North Georgia area and need a lawyer near you, call Penland, Romans & Rayburn Law Firm, GP, today. Jeremy and his team are ready to help you and your family handle your legal needs.
