Jesse Gonzalez
Jesse Gonzalez, founder of J. Gonzalez Injury Attorneys, is always fighting tooth and nail for victims of personal injury accidents across the Valley. Ruy Mireles
Ruy Mireles, born in Canada to Mexican parents, was inspired by his grandfather, a judge in Monterrey, Mexico, to pursue law and help people. He earned a bachelor's degree in International Business from St. Edwards University and later a law degree and a master's in Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Initially working for firms representing transport carriers, insurance companies, hospitals, and doctors, he realized his true mission was to defend and protect his community, particularly Hispanics, in personal injury cases. His greatest satisfaction comes from helping clients regain health and secure economic benefits. He has been a member of the Texas Bar Association since 2004.
Martin L. Perez
Martin L. Perez, born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, pursued Business Administration and Accounting at the University of Texas before discovering his passion for law during graduate studies at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. Motivated by a desire to help his community, he taught history and worked as an attorney in the Cameron County Department of Juvenile Justice and the Public Defender’s Office in Hidalgo County, representing indigent individuals. Mario Davila is a Texas-born attorney who began his legal career in 2000, gaining experience as a litigator in accident cases while still in law school. After obtaining his law degree in Texas in 2004, he established his own legal practice in Rio Grande Valley, focusing on representing Hispanic clients in personal injury cases such as car crashes, slip and falls, and more. Justin Stiel Davis
Justin Stiel Davis moved to the Rio Grande Valley in 2009. He graduated from James E. Taylor High School in Katy, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University as a triple major in Philosophy, English Literature and Language, and Finance, receiving Dean’s List and President’s List honors. He was a member of the Zeta Pi chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity, serving as scholastic chairman. He attended The University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the ADR Society. He graduated from law school in 2009 and interned with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for three months. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2012. He joined Dale & Klein in 2012, primarily practicing family law. In 2013, he practiced personal injury law with the Tijerina Legal Group. In 2014, he joined Farmers Insurance as in-house litigation counsel, and in 2018, he moved to Fred Loya Insurance. He has substantial jury trial experience. He is married to Dr. Kelli Anne Davis, Ph.D., a mathematics professor and college administrator at South Texas College, and they have two daughters. He believes in the importance of family, community service, and following passions. He has volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club of McAllen and the Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas, and served a 3-year term on the City of Edinburg Zoning Board of Adjustments.
Luis Fernando Baez
Luis Fernando Baez is an attorney who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and South Texas College of Law in Houston. Carlos Martinez, born in Brownsville, Texas, developed an interest in investigations during high school, winning a research contest in 1991.
