Daniel L. Parks

Attorney Dan Parks earned his Bachelor's Degree from UW-Madison in 1985, double majoring in Economics and Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from Drake Law School in 1991, and since then has been serving clients in Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury. He has successfully handled felony and misdemeanor jury trials, as well as court trials in other matters. Dan has served as President of the Ripon Kiwanis Club, Treasurer of Knights of Columbus, President of the Ripon Police Commission, and he served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Ripon Medical Center-Agnesian/SSM HealthCare. He served as Treasurer of the Fond du lac Bar Association and is a member of the Wisconsin and Fond du Lac Bar Associations. Dan is also admitted to practice in both the Wisconsin Eastern & Western Federal District Courts.

Ludwig L. Wurtz is the owner and operator of Wurtz Law Office LLC. He graduated from Ripon College in 1978 and received his JD from the University of Wisconsin, Madison Law School in 1981. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and authorized to practice in the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Wisconsin. He also serves as a Court Commissioner in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Attorney Wurtz has been providing legal representation since 1981, specializing in family law, divorce, personal injury, estate law, and real estate.

Emily E. Parks

Attorney Emily Parks earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1995, graduating with honors from the University of South Carolina. In 1999 she earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina as well. Emily is a former prosecutor, and has tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. She does handle Criminal Defense, but her practice now predominately focuses on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Family Law, and Guardianships. Emily is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Michigan Bar Association, and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association.
