Kenneth F. D’Amato received his Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After a clerkship, he has devoted his practice since 1991 to representing victims injured by negligence, including medical malpractice, automobile collisions, and defective products.
