David Shivas is a partner with experience in a broad variety of practice areas, including business litigation, construction law, personal injury, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, and criminal defense. He has significant trial experience in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He represents construction clients, handles personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and works with small businesses and individuals in consumer fraud cases. In his criminal defense practice, he represents clients in Federal prosecutions and State/municipal courts. He also handles corporate law matters. He has been selected to the list of Super Lawyers for several years.

Joseph J. Bell Jr. founded the Bell Law Group, P.C. His legal experience is primarily in the areas of labor and employment law, county and municipal government, civil rights, criminal law, DUI/DWI and tort law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Nebraska, the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Military Appeals, the United State Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has a considerable record of service to his community, including being elected Morris County Clerk in 1983. He is undefeated in three appearances before the New Jersey Supreme Court and has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers list.

Joseph's practice areas focuses on criminal defense, consumer fraud, civil litigation, employment law and municipal and county government and DUI/DWI law. Before entering private practice, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Paul W. Armstrong, J.S.C., in Somerville, N.J. As an advocate, he has appeared in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels in civil and criminal matters. Joseph is Assistant Warren County Counsel and does some work as a Rockaway Township Public Defender and Dover Join Municipal Court Public Defender.
