Michael L. Slack

Ladd C. Sanger

Ladd Sanger has over 29 years of experience advising and representing clients in aviation legal matters, including crash litigation, aviation insurance coverage issues, airport use, international aviation conventions, and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigations. As a pilot with experience flying both fixed-wing planes and helicopters, Ladd understands the technical aspects of aviation crashes and applies that knowledge to all his clients’ matters. He is Board Certified in Aviation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Attorney Royce E. Hoskins is a graduate of Texas Tech University and Baylor University Law School. He formerly served as a law clerk for Hon. Lucius D. Bunton III and Hon. Royal Ferguson, District Judges of the Western District of Texas from 1993-1994. He is admitted to practice law in all New Mexico and Texas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas and District of New Mexico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of legal professional organizations such as the Chaves County Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, the State Bar of Texas, the American Justice Association, and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Foundation.

Attorney Robert Trenchard Jr. earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in 1969 and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1972. He is admitted to practice law in all Texas and New Mexico state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Western and Northern District of Texas and District of New Mexico, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for Fifth and Tenth Circuits, the U.S. Court of Claims, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has published articles in TRIAL and is involved in several legal associations. He is a Texas Super Lawyer and recognized as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in Texas by the National Trial Lawyers, and also honored in the top 1% of attorneys in the United States by the Association of Distinguished Counsel.

John R. Davis

John R. Davis leads the firm’s class action and whistleblower practices, focusing on complex litigation, consumer fraud, healthcare fraud, antitrust, environmental, and insurance matters. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, Louisiana, and Alabama.

Jeremy Worley

Jeremy Worley is an attorney and co-founder of The Injury and Disability Law Center. He graduated from Baylor University in 2003 and Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2008. His legal career, starting in 2008, has focused exclusively on personal injury and workers’ compensation law. He has received multiple awards including Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Avvo Client’s Choice Award.
