Win Wilson

Ralph “Win” Wilson, III grew up in Osceola, Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Juris Doctorate. Upon graduation from law school, Win served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 2nd Judicial District in Northeast Arkansas. Win joined this firm in 2008 and his primary practice areas are business law, probate law, construction law, criminal defense, including traffic violations and DWIs, insurance law, commercial litigation, personal injury law, clemency petitions and family law. Win has also handled numerous appeals on behalf of clients in these areas. In addition, Win also serves as an attorney ad litem in domestic relations and probate matters.

Chris Arnold

Chris was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and is a proud graduate of Little Rock Central High School. He attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while majoring in Accounting from the Sam M. Walton College of Business. Chris received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Before he began private practice, he served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Operations for a multistate petroleum distribution company. With his business and accounting background, Chris focuses his practice business law and commercial litigation but his practices areas also include general litigation, personal injury litigation, probate administration and litigation, estate planning, and family law.

Laura J. McKinnon

Laura J. McKinnon is a local attorney and the Senior Partner of McKinnon Law Firm. She has represented thousands of victims in Arkansas and Oklahoma since 1988. Her litigation practice focuses on Social Security Disability, Auto Accidents, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury. She began her legal career in 1984 handling Asbestos claims.

Justin Minton

The founder of the Minton Law Firm, Mr. Minton focuses his practice primarily on personal injury, wrongful death, and bad faith insurance claims. Before opening the Minton Law Firm, he worked for a major insurance company as a claims adjuster. “I have personally seen an unspeakable amount of people settle their claim for less than it was worth simply because the prosecution of a claim has become such a complex process. Insurance companies also have the upper hand when it comes to negotiating settlements. They hold the purse strings.” He has settled thousands of personal injury claims and paid out millions of dollars in settlements both as an insurance adjuster and as a private lawyer. Mr. Minton left the insurance industry to devote his practice to the protection of individuals and their rights. M. Justin Minton was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on November 22, 1977. He is married to Sally Minton and is father to three young boys, Carter, Caden and Charlie, and a little girl - Channing. Mr. Minton graduated with honors from Caddo Hills High School in Norman, Arkansas, in 1996. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. During his law school career, he was ranked as high as third in his class and was honored to be elected to the Dean’s list. He is currently active in the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

Connie Grace

Connie Grace is the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association’s 2016 Outstanding Trial Lawyer. She concentrates her practice in injury cases, including trucking litigation and other automobile accidents; premises liability and security; product liability, including medical devices and employment law; and wrongful death. 100 percent of her practice is devoted to litigation. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Oklahoma, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has taken over 100 cases to trial and is a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers. She has graduated from Trial Lawyers College founded by Gerry Spence in Wyoming and continued her training there for the last 15 years. Connie has achieved significant six and seven-figure settlements and verdicts since being associated with the Minton Law Firm in 2016. Numerous settlements and verdicts prior to joining the firm include the Christian Hayes v. Park Plaza Mall, CMBS, et. al case for $12,771,000 and a verdict for a mentally ill teenager against Centers for Youth and Family for $680,000. The foundation for her achievements is built on solid education, hard work, and family values. She grew up in Arkansas and was valedictorian of her high school class. She obtained her bachelor’s degree at Henderson State University and Masters of Music degree at Louisiana State University, then taught music for six years. After teaching, Connie worked her way through the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and graduated with honors and many top paper awards, including Civil Procedure. After clerking at the Arkansas Supreme Court, Connie has devoted her entire practice to fighting for plaintiffs when those at fault refuse to be accountable. Ron Hope

Ron Hope is from Little Rock and attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville for his undergraduate and legal studies. He has practiced law in Little Rock since 1981. Although Ron handles a variety of business transaction and civil litigation matters, he focuses much of his practice on family law including custody matters as well as divorce. He has also served as general counsel to the Arkansas Property and Casualty Guaranty Fund since 1989. He has extensive experience as a trial attorney in state and federal courts representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Samuel F. Eastman

Sam has been serving clients in the Russellville/River Valley Area since 2009. He manages a variety of cases including criminal defense, bankruptcy, collections, paternity actions, child custody, child support, personal injury, contract issues, property issues, liens, landlord-tenant relations, and social security disability. He is the managing public defender for Pope, Johnson, and Franklin counties and maintains a private practice in criminal and domestic relations matters. Sam is known for his hard work, advocating for rehabilitation, and willingness to take cases to trial. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal court in Arkansas.
