Henry E. Teich
Henry "Hank" Teich has been in practice in Asheville and Western North Carolina for more than 40 years. Scott M. Anderson
Scott Anderson has been an attorney since 1989 and is licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina. Brian A. Buchanan
Born in 1965 in Huntington, West Virginia, Brian grew up in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. Brian's mother was a nurse and his father was a doctor in Spruce Pine who ran a clinic, worked in the hospital emergency room, made house calls to people in need. Growing up in a home where taking care of others was so important continues to inspire Brian in his work representing injured and disabled people. In the mid-1990's, before he began representing injured people, Brian worked for an insurance defense firm in Greensboro where he amassed considerable experience in injury litigation and wrongful death. He has also presented cases before the North Carolina Supreme Court and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Brian also devotes a considerable part of his practice to representing disabled people in hearings with the Social Security Administration.

Jeffrey M. Martin
Jeff is a Greenville, South Carolina native and practices in Grimes Teich Anderson LLP's South Carolina Offices. He received his B.A. from the University of South Carolina where he was also a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. He attended law school at Campbell University, Norman A. Wiggins School of Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina from which he received his J.D. Following law school, Jeff practiced law in Georgetown and Horry Counties before joining Grimes Teich Anderson LLP in January 2013. Jeff's practice is focused on Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Automobile Accidents.

Larry E. Price
Larry E. Price, founder of Price Petho & Associates P.L.L.C., is a North Carolina native. He received his law degree from Wake Forest University, School of Law, in 1972, after earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from St. Andrews Presbyterian College. He worked in the insurance industry as a Claims Representative for five years post-graduation. In 1979, alongside William Benjamin Smith, Mr. Price established Price Petho & Associates P.L.L.C. and dedicated his practice to serious personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. Over several decades in Charlotte, Mr. Price built a reputation for fighting vigorously on behalf of those impacted by others’ negligence. Mark N. Morris
Mark Morris was voted Best Attorney of Rutherford County in the Daily Courier Readers’ Polls (2011 - 2023), and he also received the Avvo Client Choice Award. The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys has recognized Mark's exceptional performance with the award for 10 Best Family Law Attorney for Client Satisfaction in North Carolina. Douglas A. Petho
Attorney Douglas A. Petho is the owner and founder of Price, Petho & Associates. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1988 and his law degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 1991. A native of Charlotte, Mr. Petho began his trial career as an Assistant District Attorney for the 1st Judicial District of North Carolina. In 1993, he joined the law firm founded by Larry E. Price, focusing primarily on plaintiff's personal injury suits. He has successfully tried hundreds of cases to jury verdict involving various accidents and intentional torts. In 2011, Mr. Petho achieved an 'AV Preeminent' rating by Martindale Hubbell, their highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. He is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and a member of both the Personal Injury and Workers Compensation Division, as well as the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
