Andrew J. Schultz

Attorney Andrew J. Schultz specializes in civil litigation, personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation litigation, divorce and family law litigation, bankruptcy representation and real estate representation. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Buffalo, a Masters in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose, and a Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law. He has prior experience in insurance and risk management claims departments and is a proven litigator in state and federal courts.

Barbara F. Loughman

Barbara Loughman is a partner at Soule, Leslie, Sayward, Kidder & Loughman. She attended Smith College, the University of New Hampshire and the University of Maryland, receiving her J.D. from the University of Maryland in 1980 (Order of the Coif). She was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1981 and is also a member of the bars of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Barbara focuses her practice primarily on all aspects of School Law and Municipal Law, including administrative hearings, trials and appeals. She has served as a lecturer at various conferences and was presented with the Annual Bradley F. Kidder Award for Outstanding Service to the Field of School Law in 2015. She is a member of several legal associations and is a past president of the New Hampshire Council of School Attorneys.

Michael F. Mimno

Attorney Michael F. Mimno has over 25 years of experience practicing Divorce and Family Law throughout Massachusetts, including Middlesex and Essex Counties, and in Southern New Hampshire, including Rockingham and Hillsborough Counties. He provides expert and aggressive representation of his clients’ interests.

David W. Sayward

David Sayward is a litigator in personal injury, civil litigation and domestic relations with over 35 years of experience. He provides representation in automobile accident claims, premises liability claims and a wide variety of contract disputes, including building construction, business, real estate and landlord-tenant disputes. David also handles complex divorces involving substantial assets, business interest evaluations and parenting issues and handles domestic violence and guardianship cases, as well as adoptions. He is highly involved in Collaborative Law in New Hampshire, co-authored a chapter in 'Collaborative Law: Practice and Procedures', and helps create pro bono collaborative divorce programs. He also handles appeals to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He retired from the practice of law at the end of 2023 and is now Of Counsel for the firm.

Gordon B. Graham

Gordon Graham received his undergraduate degree from Duke University (A.B., cum laude, 1980) and his law degree from Suffolk University (J.D., 1986). He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1986 and has been a member of the firm since 1987. He concentrates his practice in school law and municipal law. He is a past President of the New Hampshire Council of School Attorneys and a member of several legal associations. Gordon has taken an active role in many community organizations, including the Derry Town Council (Chairman in 1997), Derry Conservation Commission, and Alexander Eastman Foundation. He advises town and school district clients on complex legal needs, including Right-To-Know Law, municipal budget law, annual meeting procedures, election law, and special education law. He also has extensive experience with public works contracts, construction litigation, and labor negotiations. In 2019, he received the Alexander J. Blastos Distinguished Service Award.

Andrew Jones

Attorney Andrew Jones specializes in Real Estate Conveyancing, Personal Injury, and Worker’s Compensation law in Massachusetts, and also handles real estate closings in New Hampshire. He is a 2011 graduate of Suffolk University Law School and a 2005 graduate of UMass Amherst. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys, and is fluent in Spanish.

Matthew Donahue graduated from Suffolk Law School in 1985 and worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County DA’s Office. He joined the family firm, Donahue and Donahue Attorney PC, in 1988, focusing on environmental, litigation, insurance defense, and criminal law. He was elected to the Lowell City Council in 1993, serving two terms. In 2001, he merged his firm with William Martin, Joseph Donahue, and Arthur Eno Jr. to create Eno Martin Donahue, LLP. He was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer from 2006-2009.
