After graduating from law school in 1986 and working for well-established law firms in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and San Jose, California, Mr. Tade returned to his hometown of Salinas, California in 1994 and established his current practice. Neil Berman

Neil Berman practices primarily personal injury law, including products liability, automobile accidents, toxic torts, wrongful death, and premises liability matters. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Neil also practices Social Security Disability law, Workers’ Compensation and employment law. Neil was selected to the Northern California Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers each year between 2013 and 2020. Neil earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington. Dirk Stemerman

Dirk Stemerman focuses his practice on representing injured workers in workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability (SSDI) benefits cases. He is certified as a Specialist in workers’ compensation law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is a much-in-demand speaker and presenter at numerous legal conventions. Robert E. Rosenthal, also known as Bob, has over 40 years of legal experience, trying over 150 court and jury trials across California. He began his career as a prosecutor, then became one of the first sports agent/attorneys, representing over 50 professional athletes and the San Francisco 49ers. His practice includes complex civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, real estate, and sports/entertainment law. Marcela Mercado

Marcela Mercado is a personal injury lawyer and a native Spanish speaker who immigrated to the U.S. as a child. Ryan O’Connell
