He earned a bachelor's degree in International Business from St. Edwards University and later a law degree and a master's in Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Initially working for firms representing transport carriers, insurance companies, hospitals, and doctors, he realized his true mission was to defend and protect his community, particularly Hispanics, in personal injury cases. Martin L. Perez
Martin L. Perez, born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, pursued Business Administration and Accounting at the University of Texas before discovering his passion for law during graduate studies at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. Motivated by a desire to help his community, he taught history and worked as an attorney in the Cameron County Department of Juvenile Justice and the Public Defender’s Office in Hidalgo County, representing indigent individuals. In his spare time, Mr. Zambrano is a strong supporter of everything UT Longhorns and spends time with his wife Ariana, and son Gael traveling throughout Texas to see him play baseball.
Jorge L. Zambrano
Jorge Zambrano is the Chief Operating Officer at the Zambrano Law Firm. Mr. Zambrano’s love of helping others inspired him to pursue a career in the legal field. Mr. Zambrano began his career in banking right after high school, working for several banks in South Texas. There, he learned that each client is different and has different goals and expectations. He graduated PSJA High School in 2006, ranked 33 out of more than 600 students. Jorge graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance at The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Zambrano works hard to stay heavily involved in his local community. He also founded Shoot for the Stars Foundation in 2016, a 501 (c) non-profit organization that promotes excellence in education by developing and sustaining financial and non-financial support from the private sector to students that attend public schools in the PSJA area. Alongside local business leaders and other entities, the organization has participated in turkey giveaways, backpack giveaways, and has volunteered at local events. Mr. Zambrano is a past volunteer with the United Way, Make a Wish Foundation, and Borderfest. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mitzy, and children, Jaziel, Mauriel, and Jorge Sebastian.
Mario Davila
Mario Davila is a Texas-born attorney who began his legal career in 2000, gaining experience as a litigator in accident cases while still in law school. After obtaining his law degree in Texas in 2004, he established his own legal practice in Rio Grande Valley, focusing on representing Hispanic clients in personal injury cases such as car crashes, slip and falls, and more. He has successfully helped over 10,000 clients secure compensation. Jeremy Segura
Jeremy Segura is a first-generation law student (rising 3L) at the Texas Tech University School of Law. Jeremy is a PSJA T-STEM Early College High School 2019 graduate. While at T-STEM, Jeremy graduated with his Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice a semester before graduating high school, moreover, Jeremy was PSJA’s Dual Language Program representative. After graduating from T-STEM in 2019, Jeremy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in History. At Texas Tech Law, Jeremy has been involved in many extracurricular activities such as working alongside the Texas Innocence Project translating letters, and Texas Tech Law advocacy competitions inclusively winning the Texas Tech School of Law Board of Barristers Spring 2024 Advanced Mock Trial competition. Jeremy is a member of various organizations such as the Texas Tech Law Board of Barristers, the Hispanic Law Student Association, the Immigration Law Association, the Criminal Law Association, the Student Recruitment Council, and the First-Generation Student Committee. Currently, Jeremy is the student tutor for first-year students in the subject of Civil Procedure. Jeremy looks forward to becoming a primary Personal Injury attorney with a focus on litigation while helping the community with other law specializations such as immigration law. He was given the distinctive opportunity to join the Zambrano Law Firm for a summer clerkship. Being a first-generation college and law student, it was difficult to know what was expected “on the field”, however, being able to work alongside attorneys Jesse Zambrano and Edgar Garcia was an enriching experience. They allowed Jeremy to be hands-on instead of simply shadowing, everything he's learned thus far in law school was significantly expanded upon and implemented in practice. Genesis Zambrano
Genesis Zambrano is a graduate of Vanguard Academy. In high school, she was a member of the Criminal Justice Club. She graduated high school with her Criminal Justice Associate as a high school senior. Genesis attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where she received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in May 2024. Throughout her academic career at UTRGV, she made the Dean’s List and President’s List. Genesis is currently working as a full-time employee at Zambrano Law Firm as an Administrative Assistant where she is actively involved in assisting clients who have been involved in any personal injury accidents. Genesis wants to attend law school to fulfill her goal of becoming a lawyer.
