Werner R. Meissner

Werner R. Meissner, who uses the nickname “Vern,” began practicing law in Los Angeles at a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm. Eric R. Meissner

Eric R. Meissner is one of three partners at the Meissner Law Firm. He received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, where he received the CALI Award of Excellence. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court. His primary area of practice is personal injury, and he has successfully secured significant compensation for clients, including a $3.25 million dollar settlement in a contract dispute and cases for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. He has been recognized as a Southern California Rising Star from 2024-2026.

Michael A. Meissner

Michael A. Meissner is a partner at the Meissner Law Firm, representing individuals in civil matters including various types of accidents, wrongful death, sexual abuse, and workplace issues.
