Joseph A. Ricchezza

Joseph Ricchezza was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is currently a resident of New Jersey. Mr. Ricchezza actively litigates matters throughout the State of New Jersey and in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions at the request of his clients. Mr. Ricchezza has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for the past five consecutive years. Marco P. Di Florio

Mr. Di Florio has extensive experience defending a variety of complex claims that include catastrophic construction, natural gas explosions, mass torts, products liability, commercial motor vehicle accidents and Dram shop (liquor liability) actions. He chairs the Firm’s Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) practice group and defends regularly high exposure TBI claims while also presenting to regional and national defense associations on the rapidly evolving TBI landscape and emergence of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). Ernest L. Alvino, Jr.

Ernest L. Alvino, Jr. concentrates his practice in the area of workplace injuries; construction accidents; product injuries; trucking accidents; auto injuries; medical negligence and crime victim advocacy. Ernie is a lifelong Gloucester County resident, living in Mullica Hill with his wife and children. Ernie worked his way through school as a Teamster and construction worker, which began his interest in workplace injuries. After earning high academic honors in college and law school, Ernie clerked for the Honorable Charles A. Little in Camden County and began representing injury victims over 25 years ago. He has participated in settlements and verdicts totaling approximately $160 million.

Justin Paul Callaway

Mr. Callaway attended Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. Graduating in 2003 he received a Bachelor’s Degree in History and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society and Widener’s Pre-Law Society. Mr. Callaway received his doctorate from Widener Law in 2006, and was a member of Widener’s Moot Court Honor Society while also serving as a Lt. Governor of ABA Representatives for the 3rd Circuit. Mr. Callaway is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania at both the State and Federal levels, and is admitted to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as being a Delaware Superior Court trained mediator. Prior to joining Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi, LLP, Mr. Callaway worked with the Wilmington, Delaware law firm of Tighe & Cottrell, P.A. Mr. Callaway’s practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation and routinely represents clients in commercial litigation, motor vehicle/trucking litigation, premises liability, construction law, insurance defense, and professional liability. In his free time Mr. Callaway volunteers as a mentor to first year law students, assisting in their transition into law school and then into the practice of law.

Stewart R. Singer

Mr. Singer is a founding member of Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi, LLP. Mr. Singer concentrates his practice in the areas of Construction Litigation, Products Liability, Environmental Law, Mass and Toxic Torts, Insurance Coverage and Insurance Broker Liability. His experience includes handling construction liability and construction defect claims and long term chemical exposure claims. He has represented a wide variety of clients concerning claims arising out of both premises and products liability. Mr. Singer has also successfully tried to verdict numerous asbestos personal injury cases. Mr. Singer has served as defense counsel for several multi-national corporations and closely held businesses coordinating litigation, discovery and risk management advice.
