Michael P. Doyle is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a Fellow in the National College of Advocacy of the American Association for Justice. He has obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts, judgments, and settlements in personal injury, Jones Act, and insurance bad faith cases. His practice includes representing Jones Act and foreign seamen, UK residents injured in the US, and workers' compensation claimants. He is an active leader in civic and community activities, including serving as President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.

Sara Youngdahl has proudly represented injured railroad workers and their families for over 25 years. She was the first woman in the United States selected as Designated Legal Counsel for a rail union and currently serves as National Coordinator for DLC for SMART-TD union. She is also on the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA) Board of Managers. She has recovered substantial verdicts and settlements in FELA cases and represented railroaders under OSHA whistleblower laws. She comes from a family of union organizers and lawyers dedicated to workers' rights.

Jay Youngdahl has been fighting for Southern workers since 1968, as a union organizer and lawyer. He has specialized in representing the unrepresented, including Navajo railroad workers and various unions. He has written many law review, academic, and popular pieces advocating for workers' solidarity. Prior to law school, he was a union member and letter carrier. He is a veteran of the US Army and is on the Advisory Council of the Veterans Health Policy Initiative. He is also an accomplished conceptual and photographic artist.
