Damian M. Idiart

Damian is a personal injury lawyer at Idiart Law Group. Damian started the group in 2001 and is licensed to practice in California and Oregon. Damian handles all types of personal injury cases from car accidents to dog bites, slip & falls and more throughout Oregon and California. Damian loves what he does because he gets to help people who have been through some of the worst experiences get back to as close to a normal life they can. He understands how to listen to his clients and make sure that he is giving the best possible. Damian grew up in the Bay Area (San Bruno, CA) and now lives in Southern Oregon with his family. He loves to spend time with them and loves sports. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. Damian lives by his montra, Family, Faith, Career. He truly finds his peace and happiness in helping others. Damian serves as a pro tem judge and a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Jackson County. Damian has been appointed as Jackson County Justice of Peace.

Justin I. Idiart

Justin Idiart began practicing in 2011 although he has been working in the legal industry since 1998. Justin graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Daniel L. Harris in Jackson County Circuit Court. He also received an MBA from Brigham Young University in 2007. Justin is fluent in English and Spanish. Justin has been practicing law since 2011, his primary focus is helping the injured.

Benjamin Nielsen

Ben handles strictly personal injury matters, and has been practicing since 2014 in California, and since 2016 in Oregon. He is licensed in and handles cases both in California and Oregon. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Eastern District of California. Ben is a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, which is dedicated to protecting the rights of injured consumers throughout the state. He is also a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, which is “Dedicated to protecting people, holding wrongdoers accountable, and promoting a fair and equitable justice system through advocacy and education” in Oregon. Ben graduated from Brigham Young University in Art History, and then received his law degree from the University of San Francisco. His past community service includes serving with the Eviction Defense Collaborative, the Family Law Facilitator’s Office in San Mateo County Superior Court, and the Boy Scouts of America. Ben is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Lindsey Shapiro

Lindsey began practicing law in 2010. She worked as a Prosecutor in Illinois for 7 years and most recently practiced Insurance Defense before joining the Idiart Law Group in 2022. She graduated from The John Marshall Law School and has a degree in Political Science from The George Washington University. Lindsey’s primary focus is helping clients who have been injured.

Lorianne Neville

Lorianne began practicing law in 2015. She worked as a Public Defender focusing on Juvenile Law until she joined the Idiart Law Group in 2022. She graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law and has a degree in Art History from Brigham Young University. Lorianne is a native of Southern Oregon and loves serving in her community. She enjoys working with clients and helping them to receive the best possible results. Lorianne’s primary focus is helping clients who have been injured.
