Scott Snellings

Scott Snellings is the founder of Snellings Injury Law. His passion for personal injury law began during a college internship. He earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School, where he was a member of the Baylor Law Review, Order of the Barristers, and Inns of Court. He started his career defending injury and product defect claims before shifting his focus in 2008 to representing injured victims. He established Snellings Injury Law in 2016, which has since expanded to offices in Frisco, Sherman, and Celina, building a reputation for compassionate advocacy. He was named a Texas Bar Foundation Nominating Chair for 2025-2026 and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Jason K. Burress

Jason K. Burress, a 7th generation Texan, founded Burress Injury Law in 2008. He previously managed high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases for a prominent Texas law firm and now represents victims of negligence.

David M. Kennedy

David M. Kennedy is an experienced civil trial attorney with over 40 years of experience in civil litigation and personal injury. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and a Certified Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate by the National Board of Civil Practice Advocacy. He is licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, and founded his own firm in 2001 after practicing with his father's firm since 1983.

Michael C. Wynne

Michael (Mike) Wynne focuses his practice in estate, civil, and business litigation, as well as serious personal injury. Bill Kennedy

Although Bill Kennedy, Managing Partner of Bill Kennedy Law, handles different types of cases, he concentrates on serious injury cases-especially those pertaining to car wrecks, truck/commercial vehicle accidents and construction site accidents-and criminal defense cases, including those dealing with sex crimes. Bill is not afraid to take a case to trial, and that is what makes him an inimitable expert. Prior to practicing law, Bill first worked for NBNA America and then started an insurance company and landscape/construction company-the latter served to help him get through college and law school. After attending Texas A&M University for two years, he transferred to the University of Texas at Austin so he could expand his business. In 2012, Bill went to Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College to learn about specialized trial techniques that helped shape the trial attorney he is today.
