Scott Snellings
Scott Snellings is the founder of Snellings Injury Law. His passion for personal injury law began during a college internship. He earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School, where he was a member of the Baylor Law Review, Order of the Barristers, and Inns of Court. He started his career defending injury and product defect claims before shifting his focus in 2008 to representing injured victims. He established Snellings Injury Law in 2016, which has since expanded to offices in Frisco, Sherman, and Celina, building a reputation for compassionate advocacy. He was named a Texas Bar Foundation Nominating Chair for 2025-2026 and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Jason K. Burress

David M. Kennedy

Bill Kennedy
Although Bill Kennedy, Managing Partner of Bill Kennedy Law, handles different types of cases, he concentrates on serious injury cases-especially those pertaining to car wrecks, truck/commercial vehicle accidents and construction site accidents-and criminal defense cases, including those dealing with sex crimes.
