David Moore is the founder and managing partner at Moore Law, PLLC. He began his professional career as an insurance adjuster in 2001 and later became a licensed attorney. Matthew L. Riggs is a 25-year Arizona attorney focusing on personal injury and medical negligence cases. He argues cases in Arizona Superior, Appellate, and Supreme Courts, as well as Federal District Court. His legal work led to consumer-favorable law in Arizona, notably in State Farm v. Connelly and Webb v. Gittlen. He began practicing law in 1995 and has served thousands of clients. He is also a volunteer coach and leader in Boy Scouts of America and his church.

Donald A. Loose

Bettina Woner

Bettina Woner is an attorney at Loose Law Group whose practice consists of probate and estate planning. Bettina was born and raised in Germany and immigrated to the United States as a young adult. She has worked in the legal field since moving to Tucson and has held positions from receptionist to paralegal over the years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree, attending the University of Arizona, while raising a family and working full-time. In 2016 she achieved her long-term goal, to become an attorney. After admission to the State Bar, Bettina worked initially in personal injury law. In 2019 she began practicing in the areas of probate and estate planning.

Eric Jeide

Eric Jeide is the founding attorney at High Country Law, specializing in personal injury. He has approximately ten years of experience serving clients in Arizona, where he is admitted to practice in State and Federal District Courts. Prior to founding the firm, he worked for a large insurance company, giving him insight into insurance claim defense.

Keith R. Nelson

Keith R. Nelson is a Partner with Riggs Ellsworth & Porter, specializing in criminal defense and personal injury. He has extensive experience in Maricopa and Pinal Counties' courts, with a strong trial success rate. His unique perspective comes from previously working as both a judge and a prosecutor. He earned his J.D. in 2006 from Gonzaga University (magna cum laude) and his B.S. in 2000 from Arizona State University. He is admitted to practice in Arizona's State and Federal Courts.
