Edward M. Galang, Esq.

Ed focuses on personal injury and criminal defense for individuals and families. Edward “Ed” has over 28 years of experience in both criminal and civil litigation. He began his career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Frank M. Lario, Jr., a criminal judge in Camden, New Jersey. He then served the people of Montgomery County as an Assistant District Attorney. While assigned to the major crimes unit, he prosecuted countless cases that included murder, attempted murder, homicide by vehicle, burglary, robbery, aggravated and simple assault and driving under the influence. His experience as an Assistant District Attorney has allowed him to develop the necessary skills to defend criminal cases. After his tenure in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, Ed spent over a decade, eventually becoming a partner, for one of the largest civil litigation firms in the region. While assigned to the Health Care Liability Group, he represented hospitals, physicians, nurses, long term care facilities, and dentists in professional liability cases. As a result, he knows how the insurance companies and health care providers proceed in personal injury cases. After leaving the large law firm setting, Ed has focused on representing individuals and families in the community. His primary areas of practices are personal injury and criminal defense.

Gerald J. Mullaney, Jr.

Serving as the firm’s lead attorney in personal injury and medical negligence, representing clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, negligence and civil litigation. For more than 34 years, he has been an advocate for justice in the same place he grew up, the suburbs of Philadelphia. Serving as the firm’s lead attorney in personal injury matters, Jerry has dedicated his entire legal career to helping victims (and their families) in the community, representing them in personal injury, medical malpractice and negligence litigation.

Martin P. Mullaney

Marty is known as a tenacious fighter who protects his client’s interests as though they were his own. Martin “Marty” Mullaney has dedicated over 37 years of his professional career serving the people of PA. Marty’s primary practice is dedicated to defending those suspected or accused of committing a criminal act. As a former prosecutor, working as an Assistant DA in Montgomery County, Marty is a courtroom veteran, experienced in complex criminal defense cases.

Jeffrey W. Soderberg

Mr. Soderberg has experience in all types of civil litigation in both federal and state courts. He has represented numerous businesses in complex commercial litigation matters ranging from small matters to multimillion-dollar disputes. Mr. Soderberg has represented clients in significant contract disputes, commercial loan workouts and foreclosures, construction cases, real estate matters, insurance disputes, and defamation, securities fraud, antitrust and employment discrimination claims. He has successfully defended businesses against product liability, medical malpractice and other tort claims. Additionally, he represents businesses in real estate and loan transactions. Mr. Soderberg has also successfully represented individuals in significant personal injury litigation matters, including medical malpractice, automobile product liability and premises liability claims. Mr. Soderberg began his career with a judicial clerkship in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He spent several years handling commercial litigation matters at a large firm in Philadelphia. Before joining Mandracchia Law, LLC, Mr. Soderberg practiced law at a small firm in the Philadelphia suburbs where his responsibilities included managing a broad spectrum of litigation matters.

Charles D. Mandracchia

Charles D. Mandracchia is a 1988 graduate of Villanova School of Law and the founder and managing partner of Mandracchia Law, LLC in Montgomery County. He is a seasoned attorney practicing in both Federal and State Courts. Mr. Mandracchia began his career representing developers in commercial litigation and land development along with being a part-time Public Defender where he learned how to be a zealous advocate in the courtroom. His career blossomed in commercial litigation where he does most of his legal work but he never lost his zeal for the criminal courtroom. Charles Mandracchia understands that whether you represent an individual, large corporation or a small business in commercial matters, they are all managed by people who can find themselves or family members on the wrong side of the law. Therefore, he makes sure the firm has the experience and expertise to represent them with extremely qualified and zealous representation, in commercial law for the business and if necessary criminal law in personal lives.

Frank J. Genovese

Frank defends people in various criminal matters-from minor traffic violation-to the most serious of criminal charges. Frank Genovese has spent over 27 years in the practice of criminal law. Prior to dedicating himself to criminal defense, Frank served our community as a prosecutor in Montgomery County from 1998 to 2004. As an assistant district attorney, Frank served as Captain in the Major Crimes Unit, Domestic Violence Unit and subsequently, Narcotics Unit. As a former prosecutor, Francis understands firsthand how the opposition works. Frank defends people in various criminal matters-from minor traffic violation-to the most serious of criminal charges. He is also certified by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to represent clients accused of a capital crime, per Rule 801.
