Andrew Domin

Andrew P. Domin is a bilingual (Polish Speaking) partner of the firm. Mr. Domin has extensive trial experience and an impressive track record of settlements. He was raised by his Polish immigrant parents and went to Quigley South High. He grew from a young intern at the Chicago Mayor’s Office into a prosecutor at the Department of Professional Regulation. Mr. Domin earned his juris doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 1991. He is proud to support and active in the Polish community and is involved with the Polish American Association concerning workplace injuries and workers’ compensation rights. He has conducted trials on behalf of injured workers and accident victims throughout the state of Illinois including DuPage, Will and LaSalle counties. He has obtained numerous record settlements before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Mr. Domin was a member of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association and of the Trial Lawyers of America. His prior and current clients include members of the Local 597, Operating Engineers Local 150, and employees of the CTA and the City of Chicago. He has conducted numerous lectures for Polish immigrants at the request of the Polish American Association addressing the issues of workplace injuries and workers’ rights.

Sheldon Minkow

Sheldon Minkow has concentrated his law practice, since 1980, on representing personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. He represents individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice claims and secures workers’ compensation benefits for employees injured on the job. Mr. Minkow earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at Lake Forest College in 1977, where he was named Phi Beta Kappa and presented with the Outstanding Scholar Athlete Award. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in 1980. He has capitalized on his competitive background to gain extensive experience in litigation, trial and arbitration of complex personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. He is a member of the Illinois, Texas and Pennsylvania Bars. Mr. Minkow has been invited as a guest lecturer at symposiums in the United States and abroad. Barry G. Doyle

Barry G. Doyle is an Illinois accident lawyer with over twenty-five years of experience representing accident victims and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases, with a special emphasis on nursing home abuse and neglect. He is a published legal author, speaker at continuing legal education seminars, and a former radio show host. He is the author of "Built to Fail: How the Nursing Home Business Model Causes Unnecessary Injuries and Deaths for Residents."
