Dalynne Singleton

Dalynne Singleton joined the Gourley Law Group from Silverdale where she practiced Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianship and Personal Injury law for 13 years. Dalynne represents Estates and handles Probates including TEDRA (Trust Estate Dispute Resolution Act), Will Contests, Small Estate Affidavits, Ancillary Probate (where there is a need to open probate in another state), and Probate Litigation. She serves as Administrator in Estates which involve deceased plaintiffs or defendants in tort and wrongful death litigation. In the area of Estate planning, Dalynne prepares Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Directives to Physicians, Simple Trusts, Community Property Agreements and Revocable Living Trusts. She is also available to serve as litigation/settlement Guardian Ad Litem and arbitrator. Dalynne is licensed in Washington, a published author, listed as one of the top 100 women lawyers in Washington and a frequent speaker and lecturer. She is an EAGLE member of Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), a Board Member of the WA State Bar Association Disciplinary Counsel, and serves on the WSAJ Judicial Committee. She is former President of Kit sap Women Lawyers. She enjoyed serving on the WSAJ Trial Lawyer’s Board and on the WSBA Court Rules Committee as well as the Kit sap Bar Association Court Rules Committee. She has been a speaker for WSAJ on probate in personal injury matters and discovery. She has been married for 40 years, has 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. When not working, she loves traveling, quilting and working out with her wonderful husband, Goldie who retired from PSNS, Bremerton after 40 years and is now a personal trainer.

B. Craig Gourley

Bryan “Craig” Gourley founded the firm in 1991. He has over thirty years of experience, focusing on real estate, taxation, condominium projects, construction and business law. Craig graduated with multiple degrees in law, accounting and business. Before opening his own firm, he contributed his talents to a prestigious Big 8 accounting firm in taxation and business, and then went on to join one of Washington’s top law firms in tax and real estate. In 1991 Craig decided to focus his energy on developing his own firm. Realizing that with technology, he could run a successful “ downtown” practice without actually having to be “ downtown”. Craig represents clients from all over Washington and has been involved with several major development projects in Seattle and well as medical office and multi family projects in Kitsap, Chelan, Spokane, Yakima, Skagit, Whatcom and Thurston Counties, just to name a few. Considered a leading authority on Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Craig has been invited to speak on the topic to industry organizations throughout the US and has contributed articles to several national publications. When not in the office Craig can usually be found somewhere near water. Boating, diving or fishing.

Thomas L. Hause

A native of Ohio, Tom received his Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law in 1993. Defying conventional wisdom and throwing caution to the wind he and his family ventured north to Alaska where he practiced law for fourteen years and developed his expertise in the following areas of practice: insurance defense and coverage issues; personal injury; products liability; insurance bad faith; commercial law and litigation; construction law; admiralty and maritime law; professional liability and environmental law. Injury law - If you have been injured, Tom is the perfect choice. After representing insurance companies for 15 years he has the inside information and understands their settlement tactics. Now he’s on your side! At the Gourley Law Group, Tom’s practice is focused on litigation, including personal injury, insurance matters, commercial matters, and real estate. Tom is licensed to practice law before The Supreme Court of the United States of America, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, The U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and all courts in the Great States of Washington and Alaska. When he is not working, you can usually find him with his family enjoying a round of golf, hunting, fishing or just enjoying a relaxing day shooting trap or skeet. On the other hand, he is a licensed pilot so you may have to search the skies.

Scott Hildebrand

Scott Hildebrand practices real property and contract law, with a specialization in evictions and ejectments. He was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2008 and the California Bar in 2007. He is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Western District of Washington. After admission to the Bar, Scott served as Association Counsel for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. In that capacity he represented the association drafting amendments to the Washington Condominium Act in 2007, for which he was given recognition by the National Association of Homebuilders. After leaving the MBA in 2013, he established a solo practice and joined Gourley in late 2023. In addition, he has served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Washington Bar and is a past chair of the American Bar Association’s Section on Multifamily Housing. A graduate of Purdue Global Law School (formally Concord University School of Law) Scott lives with his wife in Issaquah, Washington. On weekends he can be found gardening, swimming, hiking and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Kevin A. Bukoskey

Kevin’s practice focuses on transactional law and real estate matters. Kevin received his JD and MBA degrees from Seattle University and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle. Prior to joining GLG, Kevin worked with multiple respected firms across Washington, servicing clients in Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Kitsap, and Yakima Counties. Kevin prides himself on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that his clients’ needs are met. At GLG, Kevin has been given the tools to help every client succeed in their transactional or real estate matters. When not in the office, Kevin can be found attending concerts and wine tasting with his wife, Michelle, and spending time with their two young children.

Candace Wilkerson

Candace’s primary focus is probate and trust litigation and estate planning. In her estate planning practice she creates individual and family wealth protection and tax planning strategies designed to best protect the property her clients have worked so diligently to obtain, for their own benefit and that of their loved ones. A long-term litigator with substantial experience in all aspects of civil and criminal trial work, including jury trials, bench trials, administrative hearings, and appeals, Candace also practices real estate litigation and transactions.

Originally from a small, rural community in Iowa, Carrie received her JD from Seattle University School of Law and BS in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University. Prior to joining GLG, where her focus is Estate Planning and Probate, Carrie formed and operated a solo estate planning practice in North Seattle. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with family, playing video games, knitting, sewing, or gardening.
