She serves as Administrator in Estates which involve deceased plaintiffs or defendants in tort and wrongful death litigation. In the area of Estate planning, Dalynne prepares Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Directives to Physicians, Simple Trusts, Community Property Agreements and Revocable Living Trusts. She is also available to serve as litigation/settlement Guardian Ad Litem and arbitrator. Dalynne is licensed in Washington, a published author, listed as one of the top 100 women lawyers in Washington and a frequent speaker and lecturer. Bryan “Craig” Gourley founded the firm in 1991. He has over thirty years of experience, focusing on real estate, taxation, condominium projects, construction and business law. Scott Hildebrand

Scott Hildebrand

Scott Hildebrand practices real property and contract law, with a specialization in evictions and ejectments. He was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2008 and the California Bar in 2007. He is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Western District of Washington. After admission to the Bar, Scott served as Association Counsel for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
