Vincent J. Barbera graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and its Law School. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1981 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, various U.S. District Courts, and U.S. Courts of Appeals. His practice areas include civil trial, personal injury, business litigation, eminent domain, contracts, corporations, environmental, workers’ compensation, product liability, and real estate litigation. He is a member and past president of the Somerset County Bar Association, and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice.

Randi J. Silverman

Randi J. Silverman has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 1987. Originally from Pittsburgh, she moved to the Johnstown area in 1990. Today, she focuses her practice on the many areas of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She served as the chair of the Cambria County Bar Association Family Law Committee for a number of years. In March 2013, Attorney Silverman was included in the Who’s Who Publishers’ “Top 101 Industry Experts”. In October of 2014, Ms. Silverman was granted Fellowship in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers which recognizes significant achievement in family law and commitment to the highest degree of professionalism and excellence in the field.
