Jonathan D’Agostino
At a very young age, Mr. D’Agostino’s father, Anthony D’Agostino lost his leg in a construction accident while he was operating a bulldozer on a job site. This ultimately inspired Mr. D’Agostino to to become an attorney. Jonathan studied law at the Brooklyn Law School, after graduating from Skidmore College. In 1990, Jonathan D’Agostino started D’Agostino & Associates as a firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of the Injured. The firm specialized in accident cases and over the next twenty-five years, grew to a team of forty trained individuals with a common mission - to get the injured everything they deserve. Over the years, Mr. D’Agostino expanded the services to include social security disability, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect matters. Offices were opened in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and throughout New Jersey. Newsworthy cases the firm handled appeared on CNN, ABC, FOX, on major radio stations, and in major newspaper publications throughout the New York/New Jersey area. Jonathan D’Agostino’s practice areas include Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, including All Accidents, Wrongful Death, Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, and Negligence. Mr. D’Agostino is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, NYS Trial Lawyers Association, Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association, and the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce. Jonathan R. D’Agostino
Jonathan Ryan D’Agostino, Esq. is the second generation in the firm; and has been working in the practice since he was a teen. Licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey, he focuses his practice on personal injury, general negligence, & Social Security Disability. Since being exposed to the legal world at a young age, Jon has always been determined to practice law and has long held a passion for helping others in obtaining the compensation they deserve.

Jenna D’Agostino
Jenna D’Agostino is a northeastern native, born and raised in New York and New Jersey. She moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University in 2009. She graduated from Peabody College at Vanderbilt, where she was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority’s Zeta Rho chapter. Jenna is still an active member of the Nashville Alumnae Association. Jenna first sparked an interest in attending law school at a young age after being exposed to the legal world of personal injury through spending time working in her father’s law firm, D’Agostino & Associates, in high school and during summer breaks home from college. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, she stayed in Nashville to attend law school at Belmont University. During her time at Belmont, Jenna was a founding member of the Family Law Society; which she became President of later. In addition to family law, Jenna always had an interest in criminal law. She has had the opportunity to intern with the Rutherford County District Attorney’s office. Through this internship, and while working under a limited license, Jenna was assigned the task of prosecuting cases as a representative for the state of Tennessee. Jenna is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee; as well as in federal court for the Middle District of Tennessee. She is a member of both the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Mrs. D’Agostino has experience practicing law in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. Mrs. D’Agostino believes the key to a successful case is client communication. She works closely with each client to ensure they are getting the service they expect; in addition to the zealous representation they deserve. When she is not in court or in the office, Jenna enjoys visiting family in New Jersey and spending time at home with her husband, Tyler, and their dog, Judge.

Jaclyn E. Howe
Jaclyn Howe’s legal expertise started at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. From there, Ms. Howe graduated Hofstra University School of Law with her Juris Doctor in 2010 with concentrations in Civil Litigation and Criminal Law and Procedure. As an attorney, Ms. Howe specializes in Personal Injury litigation as well as Probate and Estate Administration. Additionally, Ms. Howe also handles social security hearings and appeals advocating for clients who are in need of obtaining disability benefits. She is a member of the American Bar Association; the New York State Bar Association; the Richmond County Bar Association, The Women’s Bar Association of The State of New York, and The Staten Island Women’s Bar Association Chapter.

Edward J. Pavia Jr.
Mr. Pavia honed his skills as a trial attorney while he was an Assistant District Attorney in the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office from 1993-1996. From there, he has worked in private practice ever since. He is an accomplished trial lawyer having obtained verdicts totaling millions of dollars in various types of accident cases. Mr. Pavia is also the firm’s lead Social Security Disability lawyer and regularly appears at hearings assisting clients to obtain disability benefits. Mr. Pavia also utilizes his experience as a former prosecutor in representing individuals accused of various types of crimes.

Robert Antonelli
As a legal investigator with over twenty years of experience in the personal injury field, Mr. Robert Antonelli’s duties and responsibilities include working with attorneys gathering the necessary information and evidence to prepare a case file. Generally, his primary responsibility as an investigator is to interact with clients, witnesses, and authorities to acquire case-related information and documents. Mr. Antonelli’s twenty years experience as an NYPD Police Detective has helped in obtaining statements and facts that involve civil cases. His transactional analysis and debriefing skills add value to all cases. Mr. Antonelli takes pride in investigating every case with vigor and passion. His field training as a Detective for over twenty years has been extensive, and he brings those skills to this practice. Because of this, he can often improve the case by utilizing his incredibly diverse experience from being on the force. He is committed to investigating every case. Evaluating cases such as Motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bite cases as well as workers compensation matters.

Glen Devora
Mr. Devora is the Managing Attorney at D’Agostino & Associates. After graduating from Brooklyn College (B.A. 1997), he earned his Juris Doctorate at New York Law School in 2000. Additionally, he studied international law at Tel Aviv University in Israel. Because of this, Mr. Devora is fluent in Hebrew. Prior to joining the firm, Glen Devora was an attorney at an insurance defense firm where he handled matters including toxic torts, lead paint, and mass tort litigation. In November 2001, Glen became an associate at the Law Firm of D’Agostino and Associates. Currently, Mr. Devora serves the firm as the Managing Attorney. As the Managing Attorney, Glen is responsible for coordinating and supervising our team, to best serve you. Mr. Devora is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey including local, state, and Federal Courts. Mr. Devora was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
