Robert M. Raftice, Jr. was admitted to practice in Maine state and federal courts in 1992 and has spent his entire career at Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice, where he is now a shareholder and managing partner. He has successfully litigated in multiple courts and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He was inducted into the Maine Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001.

Chris Leddy started his Family Law and Criminal Defense practice in 2010. He is a regular speaker at Family Law and Guardian seminars and teaches at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy. He served as an Assistant District Attorney and with the Attorney General’s office. He became a rostered Guardian Ad Litem in 2004 and was appointed to the initial Guardian Ad Litem Review board in 2015. He relies on personal and professional experience to guide clients through difficult life transitions.

In his 27 years of practice, Attorney Gamache has assisted his clients in accomplishing their goals in a variety of areas. Recently, Jerome maintains a significant practice focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions and has extensive experience within the Bed and Breakfast/Inn community with over 65 successful Bed and Breakfast transactions since 2015. He has taught Civil Procedure, written columns, presented at seminars, and is a title agent for FATIC, CATIC, Chicago Title, Old Republic, & Stewart.

Lauren Thomas, admitted to the Maine Bar in 2007, represents institutional clients in civil litigation and assists individuals with elder law, probate, civil litigation, and estate planning. She is licensed in both Maine and Massachusetts and is known for her creative problem-solving skills and commitment to community service.

John A. Turcotte, a native of Windham, Maine, joined Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice in 2005 after practicing in York County. His practice focuses on civil litigation, real estate disputes, condominium governance, probate litigation, business services, corporate law, and zoning & land use appeals. He has an extensive record of trials and appeals before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Mike Vaillancourt was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2000 and became a partner at Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice in 2008. He works with business clients on contracts, leases, and business transactions, and represents landlords and litigants in civil cases. He also handles municipal landowner and permitting issues, having served on the Town of Cape Elizabeth’s Zoning Board of Appeals.

Albert Ayre was appointed President of the Maine State Bar Association on January 1, 2017. He graduated from Yale University in 1964 and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1964-1968. He obtained his J.D. in 1971 from the University of Illinois, College of Law. He became Of Counsel to Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice, P.A. in 2013.
