K.J. Petsas

The founding partner of the Law Offices of K.J. Petsas, PC, K.J. Petsas has made a lifelong mission of serving the people of California not only as an attorney but also notably through his military service as a Marine before, during and after Vietnam. K.J. served three years on active duty and 22 years as a reservist, receiving numerous awards and honors for his bravery and leadership. Prior to establishing his own law office, he worked at an insurance defense firm and as a deputy district attorney. K.J.’s skills as a prosecutor additionally afford him a unique perspective and advantage when defending clients in his criminal defense practice, an area of the law in which he has 30 years’ experience. Riley Murphy

Riley Murphy is the newest addition to Murphy & Pressentin. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and went on to graduate from Marquette University Law School. During law school, Riley volunteered at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, held a judicial internship at the Milwaukee County Circuit Courthouse, and also clerked at a personal injury firm in Milwaukee.

Jason Beahm

Jason Beahm is the Founder and President of Beahm Law. Voted “Best of SF” four out of the past five years by SF Weekly Magazine, Attorney Beahm practices in the areas of DUI, criminal defense, and personal injury. He is passionate about his work as a lawyer, appearing in state-wide panels (most notably the SSDP Pacific Regional Mini-Conference at the University of California, Berkeley), publishing guest blogs, and even running his own podcast on iTunes. Donald J Murphy

Don Murphy has been helping serious injury and wrongful death victims, their families and grieving survivors since 1984. He has spent well over 100 days in jury and court trials. Don is a member of national and state trial lawyer organizations (American Association for Justice, California Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association for Justice). Don graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1984 and is a member of both the California and Wisconsin Bar Associations. He is the firm’s managing attorney and works closely with the other lawyers and paralegals and personally supervises each injury file. He represents injury clients throughout California and Wisconsin and appears in both jurisdictions on a regular basis. Don’s practice focuses on serious bodily injury and wrongful death caused by all types of motorized vehicle accidents and he has been responsible for over 2,000 successfully resolved injury claims.

Beth Murphy

Beth Murphy provides caring and compassionate representation to the victims and families of serious bodily injury and wrongful death throughout Illinois. She graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001, with an award in Trial Advocacy. Beth also has a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University. Beth is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois Bar Association. She worked for the personal injury law firm of Murphy, Gillick, Wicht & Prachtauser from 2001 to 2007. She is proficient in Spanish and volunteers her services, as time permits, to Cabrini Green Legal Aid, Centro Romero (facilitating women’s issues), and Casa of Cook County (as a Child Advocate).

John Ksajikian is a trial attorney at Megeredchian Law, specializing in catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases across California. He has successfully tried many cases to verdict and is recognized for securing top verdicts. He has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts.

Orin Zahrai is a pre-litigation attorney at Megeredchian Law, focusing on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims.
